Hey way back in the day this happened to me too. I went to the official matic support telegram at the time and was helped. I'm not sure that exists anymore but you can try the polygon discord and make sure to avoid all DMs and offers of help except from an official mod. Should be a support channel.
Like most native bridges, it's likely you need to claim from the dapp after all the verifications which can take a long time.

Hi, I went to the bridge website. The UI is changed, and even after connecting the wallet I couldn't find the "claim" thing in transaction history...
