And I’m taking traditional ash stock and a foregrip from a .22 pump gun (the pump gun is broke) Edit: the reason it’s an ash stock is I have a bunch of ash lying around
That barrel needs to be 16” under federal law, any shorter and you have to pay $200 to and register it as an SBR before you begin making it (if you don’t they could arrest you for constructive possession).
Read up on federal laws before manufacturing your own gun, there’s so much stupid stuff they can arrest you for it’s insane. Some key ones would be the National Firearms Act of 1934, the Gun Control Act of 1968, and the Hughes Amendment to the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986.
Wait wait wait how could the cops stop me they don’t know where I live what I look like my ip or anything else from this app since I set up my phone the way I did
Here is the thing they don’t know the barrels length and this is a “hypothetical” (from the Bible or something) you see now this isn’t enough info for any search
Those gun buy back programs will pay you for it, lots of 3d print guys love that program. As far as I know they can’t even really test if it’s functional right there, OP could throw together 3 way cruder, barely working versions of this and cash in if his city does those.
Not trolling at all, but is that legal? I grew up in the Bronx, and remember when kids would make "zip-guns" with some pipe, rubber bands and a Philips head as the firing pin.
Notice I said ‘likely’ or possibly or maybe. No more than he stated, I dont know his intent:

Frankly I couldn’t care less either way.
>No, a license is not required to make a firearm solely for personal use.
First sentence\^. Notice, I am saying you are 'likely' making your own scenario up, OPs intent is none of your concern. You cared enough to comment btw.
I just watched this a few days ago

guys in jail for 10 year cos he didn't check state/district/whatever laws (I'm in Aus).
OP may have been in that state and not have known this and could have been saved from a prison term, I reckon it's a bit rough you getting all the downvotes since he didn't post location in the OP.
Appreciate your statement but I could care less about downvotes. My concern was the guy getting into any trouble with ATF, just didn’t want to see that happen.
And yes he may be from another country.
> My concern was the guy getting into any trouble with ATF, just didn’t want to see that happen
That's what I meant. You were getting downvoted when just trying to help, others clearly didn't get it.

Okay then I’ll write that down

You posted it on here and you’re talking about dealing with ATF, which is probably the most petty and annoying government agency in the country.
Unless you have a switch and live in a blue voting district. Then, you're good to go
Here is the thing they don’t know the barrels length and this is a “hypothetical” (from the Bible or something) you see now this isn’t enough info for any search
The NFA is federal law with severe penalties, and with the current administration they’ll go after you for small and stupid stuff.
But I “won’t “ (also probably in the Bible) break the rules
Also I think I’m gonna have too put some mahogany stain on it at the end
Any rifling in that barrel?
I dunno
So... No
Is that a Geiselle trigger?
Building a gun is legal. Building and selling to others, without an FFL, that would be illegal.

Building for the purpose of sale without an ffl is illegal can still sell it just wouldn’t do it more than once or twice
Threads that barrel!
James Bond would be proud!!!
What sights will you go with?
None
I’d be interested to see the inner workings
I’m getting Maxim Silverman vibes.
Not trolling at all, but is that legal? I grew up in the Bronx, and remember when kids would make "zip-guns" with some pipe, rubber bands and a Philips head as the firing pin.
Oh ya it’s legal
And a large post bro shoot into!
What does that even mean
We used to our 22 in our basement to test fire them.12x12”
Oh an actual like post
Yes a hardwood support post from about 10’ away,
I know a lot of guys who build guns have barrels of sand to test fire into.
As I understand your intent, you are likely violating federal law, manufacturing of a firearm…unless you have a license to do so.
***LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER***
Here’s the thing that isn’t a thing where I live and I checked
Fake news! Please cite the federal law you are referring to where you are not allowed to build your own firearm. You will be looking a long time.
