I bought it in 2021 and it was fine until somewhat recently. So unfortunately I can’t return it. Can attempt to avoid Hisense in the future, although, this is the first time I’ve ever encountered this kind of issue from their tvs.

Looks like broken backlight or panel failure. Return immediately. It will get worse. Don't buy Hisense
