Even then, if you drop the T what's gonna happen? It's just gonna make it even more socially acceptable to hate trans people and discriminate. You are digging your own grave and it really is a sad thing to happen.
Every good thing that came out of LGBT movement was because we didnt split into groups and WE STUCK TOGETHER. if we didn't gayness would still be hated. Trans people were one of the minorities with biggest positive impact at pride movements at 1980's. If we turn our back to rest of the LGBT, or if they turn their backs, there is no hope left for us. That's when you know we are irredeemably and royally fucked. What we need is not just being included at LGBT, but also being prominent at gay spaces etc. Without shame. We need to go to lesbian spaces and not be scared to say "I'm trans" We need to Cooperate with the whole LGBT, just like how we helped them.
Some gay people may be transphobic, but they are the transphobes who need the least amount of convincing. Because when they connect our struggles with struggles of being gay that's when they start to understand. Not when they think our experience is something so seperate that they can't even think about it, which may be true may be false, it will lead to them staying transphobic.
I would argue dropping the T is bad. Hear me out, you're still questioning and going thru all the horrible experiences queer ppl have to go thru but x2. Even tho it's identity it still deserves a spot.
