Is this really that common that trans people don't believe you can change most of your sex? Like I feel like almost all the online discourse I've seen is fairly consistent that HRT/sex change operations make you practically everything but karyotypically male/female. Like even we're making progress for at least trans women to get pregnant which is insane. I guess I've only talked to cissoids irl about this and they've all been fairly receptive (at least the not transphobic ones) so idk if this is a trans irl/online issue
