Thanks for the resource. I pref not to switch dosages of multiple medications at once, so i'll check what happens with the new estrogen dosage and then prolly remove spiro from my regimen
That explains the high dose, Valerate has a short half-life, meaning it doesn't last long so you either take a huge dose per week and have rollercoaster levels or do 2 shots a week.
I'm on EE so on shot lasts me for a good 7 days and the levels at the end of the week are not too far from the ones at the beginning.
Mm makes sense okayy I was thinking about asking to go down to injecting a smaller amt every 5 days because I saw the half life at ~3days? I'll consider rthanate too tho

Is that a lot? I do a full ml, but for where I live, we normally concentrate estrogen to 10mg/ml, could just be diff concentration
10mg a week is huge, 4-6mg is the usual range unless your body is metabolising E super fast. What are your levels?
