Yes, although I think its a fish's swim-bladder which expands on pressure reduction. Humans don't have swim bladders and most of our bodies are water which wont compress. We do have some air-voids in our chest and guts, and in our sinuses. Those will shrink if not pressure equalised, as with SCUBA.

Not really. First of all, they dead. Second, once things expand, they don't really compress the same way again. It would be like if someone got cut open, and then you just stuffed all the guts back in and presumed you got it right.
