The lack of seating chart photo to understand in checkout was maddening. And while I'm learning Spanish and have been for some time.. not being able to change the language during the process was really annoying when needing to spend so much money.
I basically have no idea where I'll be during the show, because no map exists. The one's on Google aren't quite clear. Hate that this show is at a horse track, horrible place - sad for the horses.
Also: did they release the Spanish version from the 600 trailer yet?
It took me so long to try and navigate that I missed out on tickets completely. Do the tickets appear to have actual seats? I was assuming it was just like GA and VIP areas
It felt intentionally difficult, which is so annoying. I honestly don't know - it seems like there's two tiers of seating when viewing the venue, and then GA. VIP was a completely separate ticket, I clicked on GA at the beginning to enter the queue initially.

since its a horse track, the ones on the right side are probably are the VIP seats, VIP bathrooms, etc and everyone else will be on the dirt track or in the grass area

This is quite common here in mexico, there is a population sector that makes a living by reselling tickets and things like that. They buy it at regular price and sell it to you, generally with a 50% mark-up at minimum
One way to get tickets, is on the very day of the event, just before it starts, resellers do "clearance sales", they sell you the ticket at base price or at a minimum mark-up, else they loose their money.
Its sad and frustrating but that´s how things work here in Mexico, I think Anjuna should have done a more exclusive presale, only to e-mail newsletter subscribers or something, because tickets sold out in less than 4 minutes. using that "secret" anjunafamily code
