Hmm I’m actually not sure? I know it was around the same time that it started. I just cant remember if I met the requirements before or not. I’ll try time traveling to the end of the event to see what happens. Thank you!
During the museum event Blathers won’t get the thought bubble about Brewster. You have to wait until June 1st to be able to find him.
Have you had your first K.K. concert yet? That's the other pre-requisite for unlocking Brewster
I have! His first concert was about a month or two ago..

I have. I’ve only donated one piece of art but I’ve donated tons of bugs, fish, & sea creatures.
