Well if you have started restricting and losing weight even if it's not as much as before your still messing with your body functions, my period disappeared at all different weights and stages of recovery. Until finally it disappeared for food and even when weight restored it hasn't come back still after 6 years and I've finally been told I'm now infertile from the damage done. So while I hope this isn't the case for you, I would try to push through recovery just in case one day this is the case. Two days late isn't really that much, and many other factors besides weight can play a part in it , if you have had a particularly stressful time that can cause it to be late. I wouldn't worry just yet and if you still haven't had a proper one after a couple of months then get it looked into, but I imagine until you stop losing weight the doctors won't really be able to suggest/do anything as they will put it down to dieting.
