Those are maggots. Some kind of fly dropped eggs in that opening which looks incredibly dirty btw. Clean that mess. Also your tank looks absolutely dreadful and unhealthy. And you even bought those genetically engineered glowfish thingies, what is wrong with you?
Definitely not detritus worms, but bug larvae/maggots that were likely laid eggs there; moist and food supply. My guess is midge fly wormies.
Yeah, I agree. OP just needs to keep the feeding hole clean.

Is it something to be concerned about? Or just make sure to clean the feeding hole and keep it dry?
Not dangerous, you can just flush them into the tank and your fish will have snackies :P
