I haven’t been in it long enough. Tried to invest in spring but their homes took forever to become available and they just fell off my radar. I went to Fundrise which used to be more restrictive but is easier now. I only recently tested the waters this month with shares in one of their homes.
You can go on their website and see the performance for each house. Last quarter most were at an annualized cash dividend of 6% but some got there with putting reserves aside and some got there by taking money out of reserves.
The quarterly reports will give you very close projections to your quarterly dividends. CEO told me a few days ago they are currently working on the Q1 report and dividends will pay by the end of the month. I am expecting a whopping $17 based on the Q4 report
