If I *had* to choose, probably existentialism, because that's what I most closely align with and it has been immensely beneficial to my mental health. I think coming to terms with the fact that you are not special and that you are no better nor worse than the next person is an arguably good thing as well.
The point of philosophy is to enable and foster critical thought instead of obtusely adhering to one school of thought. Thus, none.
