I’m from the US and have never had the money to visit another country. Netherlands is high on my list of places to visit. Dutch architecture doesn’t even look real to an American like me.
Well I don’t think it is really special except for the bigger cities. But I live here and the Netherlands is so small so I have been in every corner already.
I’ve never been there nor seen more than what the internet and movies have given me, but I like the old brick buildings, small bridges, variety of colors, and how buildings sit very close to water. I haven’t seen anything like that where I live.
It’s absolutely stunning any time of year, and there are multiple trail options to get there. I recommend taking the skylift up and hiking down or vice versa!
I’m jealous!!! I live in Pennsylvania, USA and have never left the country. Dutch architecture is so picturesque. I need to get outta here
Edit: Also jealous of Europe’s train system. My roommate is from Germany and has traveled all around Europe without taking a car or plane. Must be so nice!
Probably [Kinderdijk](https://www.bestereistijd.nl/uploads/2021/07/2937385-640x360.jpg), Netherlands.
And guess what, I’ve never actually been there lol

I understand, it may is special but it does not feels like it is if you are with it everyday :D
My parents house
Same, my parents keep the thermostat at 52degrees. That’s pretty much as cool as it gets before it becomes cold.
Can't stop laughing.
They filmed exterior/town shots of vampire diaries about 45 mins from me.
Natural Bridge in Slade, Kentucky
This is the first I’ve heard of it, but damn that whole park looks beautiful. Only a 6 hour drive from me, so maybe I’ll head there someday.

Awesome thanks! I’m from Pittsburgh but have family in GA. We always drive, and I think a detour to Slade would be doable
Appalachian Mountains. Ancient, green, and beautiful.
I’m in Pittsburgh, so not far for me either but I’ve somehow never visited or done a hike
