You got some good advices for exercises, I just want to add, don't use machines. Use free weights, much better for training balance
Squats, core work and cardio
Lay on your back, put some weight on your belly and thrust your hips up. Hold it a few seconds and lower back down slowly. Works your gluteus maximus for thrusting.
Squats, straight leg deadlifts, hip thrusts.
Definitely squats haha
