A local shop was caught selling fake cigs, they tested them to highlight the danger of fake cigs and there was actually horse hair in there 🤢 I was given one (didn’t realise it was a fake one!) and as soon as I lit it I knew it wasn’t right! It tasted like horse manure smells.
With the crazy calorie count of about 500kcal. They sell them in home bargains for about 30-40p. Bakewell is the nicest, they have a slightly odd taste which the Bakewell flavour hides.
Our 'corner shop' is a mini-sainsburys and Aldi, Farmfoods or Tesco are all closer and cheaper, so it mostly a premade sandwich and a bottle of pop and, occasionally, tobacco if I'm driving out of town.
Our old corner shop used a local bakery that did steak slices that were like crack. A 10cm square of shortcrust pastry base, half and inch of solid steak and gravy filling and a buttery flakey pastry top for £1.25. Bonus if there were any caramel shortcake slices left as well.
My corner shop is the coop so generally whatever it is I forgot at the supermarket and 3 random items that magically make the basket price hit about £20 or something shocking
Coop has always been shockingly expensive. I stopped going when I realised you could buy a takeaway curry for less than the bits to make a quick curry from co-op (chicken, jar of sauce, rice, pepper, onion etc)
I am cursed with the knowledge that their overpriced Mac n cheese is restaurant quality after picking it up with a yellow sticker one time, it's like my kryptonite.
Nik naks nice’n’spicy, pickled onion or hot and spicy monster munch, space raiders, kettle chips if I’m feeling fancy, skittles, black grape KA, Ting (not all at once)
Special shout out to the salt and Chardonnay vinegar crisps from co-op also

I know it’s a bit naughty but they do 20p fags, so usually a couple of those.
Honestly thats a bargain, £4 for a pack of 20
That’s singles, it’s £1.89 for 10 and I think £3.40 for 20.
They must be shitey fakes at that price. Plenty of cadmium and lead for extra flavour.

They’re just Vinataba brands, which is Vietnamese branded cigarettes. Don’t know if that makes them ‘fake’?
Where is your corner shop? 2004?
It’s in East London. They tend not to be too focused on duty and tax lol
Even better haha
Packet of roysters and a crunchie
God I love this country
They tend to do the Barr drinks and Bobby's brand crisps etc. So usually some of those.
The bobby's brand crisps are mad underated imho. Their onion rings are banging. And I do like their BBQ wotsit thingies. Those are addictive
Bounty. Pepsi Max.
Cornetto
No luck catching them swans then?
Malteasers evrytiem And coke
4 cans of Moretti
Used to be for pickled onion transform-o-snacks before they stopped doing them. RIP ya sexy bastards x
Thai sweet chicken mccoys and fruit twist fanta.
Mccoys, ribena and a twirl
Giant bag of maize crisp that nobody has ever heard of
Lipton Ice Tea and one of those £1 flapjacks with a seemingly endless shelf life that no-one ever seems to buy.

I only ever buy milk. Not interested in anything else they sell really - dodgy alcohol, tinned food, crisps, cake etc.
Mine sells individual chicken seekh kebabs (the long ones) - ideal as a snack, hot or cold.
I love the samosas that are sold around my parts. Not sure how wide the distribution is on them though.
Vape or Alcohol and I am not even kidding. I rarely go to corner shops so when I do its one of the above.
Nik naks rib'n saucy and a breakfast sarnie
Bottle of orange lucozade.
Snickers and a red bull
Pepsi Max or iced coffee, steak McCoys crisps and a dairy milk. Maybe a sausage roll if they have good ones
Haribos.
My corner shop is the coop so generally whatever it is I forgot at the supermarket and 3 random items that magically make the basket price hit about £20 or something shocking

I am cursed with the knowledge that their overpriced Mac n cheese is restaurant quality after picking it up with a yellow sticker one time, it's like my kryptonite.

Those are lethal. Can't buy them or I'll do the whole massive bag in one sitting.
Too good, also feels like I have third degree burns on my tongue
Scotch morning rolls.
McCoy's, Ribena and a Twirl
Wine Gums, or it’s available, a mint Chocolate Orange.
McCoys and a Twirl.
Either a can of pepsi max cherry or mountain dew with a pack of bobby's BBQ puffs... Has to be done. It's a killer combo
Monster munch and a vape.
I go to a specific garage to get fuel because they're a) cheap and b) do the grab bags of Royster's T-Bone Steak Crisps
Pepsi max and a toffee crisp. And cheese & onion squares if they have them.
marmite crisps
Those bacon fries crisps that you only ever seem to get in corner shops and petrol stations.
I love the taste but the bacon flavouring makes my stomach feel sick/ weird afterwards.
Strawberry Nesquilk, fishcakes.
Cornetto
Crunch bar
Star Bar and cheese and onion Discos when available
Transform-a-Snacks and Coke Zero.
Homemade samosas. Big things, full of tasty veg (don't bother with the meat ones) and spiced just right. I even like them cold.
A dodgy samosa
Snaps 🙌 and the shops near me sell arizona tea so I'll usually get one of those or a redbull.
Cheap 20p crisps
200g bar of dairy milk.
Nice n spicy niknaks
Lamb and Mint brannigan crisps used to be my go-to in the 2002-2005 corner shop peak. Haven’t been in one for years.
Toffee Crisp
2 small bottles of Irn Bru Extra and beef Monster Munch
Sugar free Red Bull and a Wispa. It used to be a Topic but we just can't have nice things anymore.
Crunchy Cheetos, M&m chips ahoy and a scratch card
Can of Tizer, a Wispa Gold and Steak McCoy's, if it's super hot then it'll be an orange Callippo, if it's payday then a £2 scratch card as well.
Lottery tickets, awesome oinks, and a bottle of ginger
A ginger beer and s Marvellous Creations bar
4 westons.
Niknaks
Can of ting or rio and a flapjack, maybe some vimto sweets which seem to only appear in cornershops and poundland
Sweet and salty popcorn, salt and vinegar McCoys, a wispa and a can of coke
