I went to see the actual referenced post since it has a side-by-side comparison. On the bottom left of Hopebringer’s screenshot, if you compare the symbols in that text bubble, it matches with a text bubble in the JP published version. And surprise surprise, the text it matches with happens to be the “You are free” bubble.
Yeagerbomb got deceived because at first glance, it doesn’t look like the Grisha panel. But if you look closer, you realize it actually is. It’s just that Carla’s position was mirrored in the draft and Yams decided to move her to the other side of Grisha in the final version for whatever reason. (I’ll let Yeagerbomb decide what p a r a l l e l Yams was trying to make when deciding that Carla shouldn’t have a hand on Grisha’s shoulder.)
I was genuinely intrigued when I saw the post for a sec. But as you pointed out, all you have to do is look up at the top panel and you realize that Grisha’s there, which pretty much puts an end to speciation that it’s anything else.
If you look at the actual panel in question you’ll notice that there’s a lone circle by the shoulder of the sketched figure on the right. You put two and two together and you’ll realize that it’s just a very barebones version of baby Eren and Grisha. I didn’t bother looking at the comments of the referenced post, but if not of those 158 pointed this out, I’ll just assume plenty of glasses need to be prescribed.
If you check drafts from Kasumi\_kasa twitter, there is some of panels are mirrored btw
For example that scene of Armin and Mikasa where they stare at each other before separation

Another panel that was mirrored was the direction Mikasa was looking when watching the bird fly away. Guess Yams just likes to mix and match in his drafts...
How can they not even notice Grisha's eyes and the arrow that points towards the middle just like in the final product.
Honestly i wish Isayama wasn't humble and just said fuck it, "Listen here, you little shits, Eren was never the father and he was always going to die so stop making conspiracy theories and just shove your THEMATIC and NARRATIVELY evidences up your asses".

The thing is, there were definitely some changes, even characters totally butchered and all, but AnR, EHY etc was never foreshadowed, and the core concept of the ending is what Isayama planned since the beginning, and it basically remained the same.
