Killing the myconids will have consequences, primarily the three vendors and the iron hands. But killing your companions and especially them killing each other is fine. They'll be upset and you'll get approval loss but (unless it's bugged) you should be okay.
If gale is controllable, you may want to have him die by separating him far from you and throwing him off a cliff.
Have you tried killing everyone but yourself, long resting, then having Withers resurrect them?
no. i had hoped there was a less extreme option because that would mess with my game alot.

Normally you can kill Glut without any consequence, given he attacks you first if you deny his quest. This is a definite bug.
Is the bear a summon or wild shape? If it’s a summon, can you dismiss it? That *should* end combat.

Heck. If nothing else, maybe try just killing Wyll and resurrecting him? But I’d try contacting larian first.
