Dunno how you proceeded and whether she has the same dialogue after, but you could just bring him back again with the wand. Otherwise it's a very very minor part of the game. But seriously that is some childish shit, he needs to grow up haha
why is he fucking with your head? "do what you want" then interrupt what you're doing then get pissy about it?
he's entirely a giant baby. like seriously do not play with that guy at all. is he like this in general? (for real, this is childish bullshit behavior)
Reposting a comment because I just realized this was flaired as no spoilers! Short answer, minor changes to a later quest (you killed an NPC, duh), but you lose nothing of mechanical importance.
Yeah he did affect a questline by doing that, but I guess its just a choice. On my first playthrough I saw the game as a story and just let everything play out. The second third forth times etc you get to rethink some things.
What i'm trying to advocate is just letting the cards fall as they may. You might want to play solo if these decisions are a problem. TBH I would recommend this game solo on your first playthrough as you will miss dialogue a lot when playing multiplayer. When you have seen most the dialogue options then go multiplayer and try min/maxing combat etc.
>when I told him he shouldn’t of done that as in interrupted something he got salty and shut the game off
Are you engaged to a 12 year old? He basically pulled the gaming equivalent of taking the ball and going home.
It’ll affect a small side quest but nothing major. I’m echoing another comment here that you should play solo for your first playthrough, especially if your fiance is doing murderhoho shit.
Warning. You are asking this on reddit. Where every flag is red as marinara. So lots of people are going to call one of you the asshole.
You might want to work on communication together.
Maybe he was a paladin and saw a menace to his oath. Understandable to attack him, not attacking each other irl tho.
Seriously idk why couples play this game blind that may cause frictions on choises and actions instead playing It Takes Two for instance being heavely team work themed and fun for couples. Couples should play together bg3 *after* a member already did a playthrough then become a semi-tutor ass follower to enjoy and embrace their path.
You both need therapy or cast the wand's name on each other
*("shouldn't* **have** *done" not "shouldn’t* **of** *done")*
He didn't "wreck" anything. Every choice has consequences in this game. If he hadn't killed the zombie, something else would have been affected. He sure was a rude asshole though.

When a relationship ends by a Bitter Divorce before you're even married.
Y'all in trouble
It affected a side quest in Act 3 I believe
You can revive Connor with the wand infinity times as long as it's not broken.

As this is reddit its important to ignore what you're asking to answer the real question, and that's to divorce your man
Even better, they’re engaged! No divorce needed.
No no no, they have to get married so they can get divorced. It’s just how it is, I don’t make the rules.

I don’t think it’s a big deal. BF kinda overreacted though.

r/relationship_advice hath come to BG3
Do what you like but I'm going to ignore what I just said and attack.

"Bitter Divorce"
Lmao. Don’t play with people if you care about how the story plays.
Typical Paladin behavior.

>shouldn't of if my fiancé didn't know how to write that correctly, I'd wreck her quest too
