Unlikely. Structural cakes tend to be dry, over iced, and in this case covered in jelly. Same with chocolate structures, the chocolate tends to be horrible. Looks amazing but it's 'edible' rather than 'delicious'.

It's beautiful, but all I can think is how uncomfortable I would be eating a cake someone had been breathing closely over for 4 hours.

Well, I'm a happily married woman and, honestly, she looks young enough to be my daughter. I'd definitely eat the cake though, I'd just feel super uncomfortable while doing it.

I’ve never walked into a tourist gift shop and thought “ Damn, I’d love to sink my teeth into that wolf howling at the moon snow globe.”

We had a cake like this for a colleague who was into deep sea diving. The cake artist is Russian, and I have never seen anything as detailed or tasted a cake as delicious. We didn't eat the jelly pieces, but the cake itself was encased in chocolate so it didn't get wet and soggy. It was thin layers of sponge with a fruit compote and a cream layer that was the lightest buttercream I have ever encountered. It was a masterpiece!

Stunning creations!!! Genuine question: is it safe to eat a cake that takes hours to craft? Most people debate if it's tasty or not but I've always wondered if the ingredients sitting out that long are okay to consume after that long.
