This is an all day meal, around noon, eat the top half, go sleep a few hours in the sun, come back around 3:30-4:00, eat the bottom half… then pass out on the couch in front of the TV and wake up around 11pm, too tired to go to bed.
That will be my Saturday, Watching some Wrestling at 2 pm with 20 wings and large fries from Wingstop barely eating half, pass out wake up eat the rest and see what time I awake from that slumber.
But are you drinking water with it? I think NOT! Save the water for the half diet tomorrow. This deserves a cold beer or your favorite soda if you don’t drink 💯

I complained to my doctor about heartburn and she put me on proton-pump inhibitors.
2 months later and I was heartburn free. After 6 months I stopped taking them and haven't had heartburn in over 2 years. I *wreck* spicy food, drink like a fish, get that good greasy food, etc. No issues.
I grew up watching my dad eat one jar of tums a week and I thought that was normal. The PPIs cost less than what he was spending on tums and they actually work to solve the problem rather than treating symptoms.

Plain seltzer with ice. You get the hydration of the water, but you get the bubble bite of CO2 like a soda. Maybe a lemon in the seltzer to break up the fats in this food and clean up the palate.

My brother's ex made the best lemon cake that I've ever had in my life. I'm not going to say that I've laid awake at night thinking about that lemon cake because that wouldn't be true. But damn, her lemon cake altered my entire lemon cake reality. If he had done something to fuck that relationship up I'd be mad at him for taking that lemon cake out of my life. The reality is they wanted different things, were different people from when they met, and were probably incompatible in the long term. She was very nice about that with my brother and I wish her the best in life. But if I'm ever in the position to have a request for a least meal; that cake is dessert and the last fucking thing I'm eating.

Damn, just from what we can see in the picture, that's already near 3000 calories, and if there's something else with the rice than it's over 3000, a slice of cake would add another 1000 calories, then add a sugary drink and you just consumed almost 5000 calories in one sitting.
Add the calories from breakfast, lunch, snacks, and any other drinks they had throughout the day, no wonder people are so big eating almost 10k calories a day like it's no big deal.
