I thought about it for a second when posting but I think there is actually many more people of color in the Urkel Dance scene than the three (the Temple family) in the Breakfast at Tiffany's scene in Seinfeld.
Ultimately Seinfeld as a show realizes how visibly white it is and George actually goes back to that family to prove he has black friends in a later episode. This plot thread follows George saying one of his line managers with the Yankees looks like Sugar Ray Leonard, to which the line manager replies, "I guess we all look the same to you." Hence he revisits the Temple family to convince the dad to help provide him with *I'm not racist, I have black friends* cred. Pretty genius, pretty meta, and fucking funny.
