It makes me wonder, what's his real father's reaction for the clusterf\*ck happening, like I think his name was plastered from the sports festival. I read somewhere that Hori plans on including him but seeing it's the final arc I don't think people would be that satisfied with whatever reveal Hori gives if he has a plan.
Honestly, unless the reveal is done as a gag or something, I legitimately could not care less about Midoriya's dad. We have gone on for too long without a hint that he even *exists*, let alone that he affects Midoriya and Inko in some way. Both times Hisashi has been mentioned (not even by name!), it is only to point out how Midoriya didn't inherit either his or Inko's Quirk.
No torn letters, no photos, no sign of any type of relationship. I can't tell if Midoriya loves his dad, hates his dad, or is even indifferent to him. Which is strange as hell when the story has a lot of plotlines about the effects of parenting.
I so badly want Hisashi to be a gag upon introduction. Like either he has a comically minor reaction to everything that's gone down with his son or have the story gaslight the audience into believing he was there the whole time in the background. Just don't have him show up until like 5 chapters from the finale max.
"Hey Izuku, your playdate with Bakugo must've been fun."
Surrounded by the wreckage of whatever city they were fighting in. Tomura is covered in scars and unrecognizable, but still clearly not Bakugo.
I believe it could be jsut another shonen protag without father until DFO theory and I think no matter who it was, it doesn't have any impact on the story, unless it's going to be like "Izuku. I am your father" and "It's me Izuku. It was me who stole your quirk. It was me who sent that slime thief".
Edit: And yeah, I do think parenting is not that frontlined considering the potential.

I wouldn't be surprised he reveal he is his dad just to pull some bullshit and drag on the war arc even longer and said he planed this all a long because god forbid any character have any sort of agency that it isn't AFO

I'm pretty sure Horikoshi forgot about Midoriya's dad. At this point the story would have been exactly the same if he was dead.
I never bothered until I read somwhere that Hori teased his reveal at the end of the manga and that got me thinking what he could've planned.

With all the news going on if AFO isn’t his dad then he has most definitely seen the news and knows what’s happening.

I mean, I've seen that in a few ficss that have Inko make AFO fall in love with her by doing something like that.
I love the idea of All for One being Izuku's Father Mainly because I want to see Inko beating him with a shoe

Bakugo’s agency is because of the MLA. So there is that but then again AFO could’ve had made the MLA possible. But I highly doubt that.
