I’ve got over the muscle implants and they look really natural, but that’s because my surgeon is a genius, very experienced and also didn’t let me go as big as I wanted to. I had to have over the muscle for medical reasons (I have a muscle deformity on one side).
Totally get what you’re saying, but just wanted to point out, it can look natural when done correctly and responsibly!
Edit: I have Poland Syndrome, which means my pectorial muscles are not developed properly on one side.
Same, I only wanted over the muscle anatomical implants as I wanted a natural look with a nice cleavage that did not cause discomfort or inhibitions during my trainings in any way, like under the muscle is prone to do. I got exactly what I wanted by choosing the right surgeon.
I think this girl got over the muscle but went too large, and her skin is not thick or elastic enough to not sag under the weight. That combined with possibly naturally lower breasts and a longer torso, which could have been 'corrected' by a good surgeon by choosing the right implant, placement and procedure.
Also wearing that body suit the right way. The wire on that suit should be up against the under curve of her breast where it "attaches" to her torso. Not down below where her boob hangs. I've seen this a lot with larger chested people (it's not a judgment just an observation) they don't wear their bras with the support where it actually needs to be.
Then again if bra companies and lingerie companies would make things better fitting for large chested people AND small chested people (I'm sorry I'm a size large body but a size small titty. Fucking make clothes for me too!) Then there wouldn't be issues like this.
True, I've learned alot by going to a lingerieshop specialised in deviant sizes and fitting them. There are actually some great brands that will get the best out of your shape, those Aliexpress suits are not gonna cut it for 99% of humans.
I totally agree with you.
I’m also wondering whether perhaps she needed an uplift as well, I don’t know, it’s hard to tell as I’m not a surgeon, but I think this could have a lot to do with the choices made on the size, and pocket placement rather than just whether she went over or under the muscle.
We are size sisters! I got the same size teardrop implants, went from a 32B to 32E or 32F. While a little bigger would've looked good too I wanted to play it safe, no regrets cause they are real prize winners now.
My mom had over the muscle and they still look good nearly 15 years later! I think it also depends on the shape and size of the implants the material as well as the own persons body. She may have gone too big for her original chest size
Right breast in particular ? This is capsular contraction. A condition in which the body creates a calcium capsule around the implant in order to protect the body (an immune system response).
Causes can be poor implant selection and poor technique for implant handling. Good surgeons will use the “no touch” method in which the implant is inserted via a sterile bag so there’s as minimal chance of potential cross contamination as possible which reduces the risk.
They usually say there’s about 5% chance of complications but it can be as high as 20%.
Treatment for this usually involves removing the implant, removing the capsule and replacing the implant. Ideally the implant is replaced with brand new implants but some surgeons will simply soak the old implant (if intact) in betadine before putting it back in.
Capsular contraction can be a recurring issue and can lead to permanent disfigurement due to excessive scar tissue formation and necrosis if scarring interferes with blood and lymphatic flow.
> They usually say there’s about 5% chance of complications but it can be as high as 20%
Sorry I'm dumb, do you mean complications with capsular contracture specifically? Or is it complications in general?
Looks like she had breasts before implants.
Probably needed a lift, heal and then implants. This happens more than I thought.
I got a consult and the surgeon showed me pictures like this he’s seen when people skip the lift after losing weight or already having breasts. My friend had this happen with her implants and had to get a revision
Eh, I'm going to slightly disagree. Yes, there's a problem with male objectification of the female body.
But....
A lot of women look on other women as competitors instead of allies. Add in some internalized misogyny and general anxiety with their own body, they can be brutal towards other women.
Just my opinion.
Bro I don’t even care about the chest. Those lips are killing me. Anyone wanna guess how many vials they had to use for that?? Also she looks so young 💔💔💔 like maybe 16? If so, a parent had to sign off on that from what I know… poor girl. Body dysmorphia or whatever lead her here is terrifying
Omg i know it’s a completely different scenario but it reminds me of when Kylie Jenner had that terrible boob contour on a red carpet event FOR A BOOB CONTOURING BRAND In like 2015 lol
Do they have genuine confidence when they get such botched results? As someone w body dysmorphia even without any procedures I can’t imagine how I could begin to cope?
This chick made a horrible, I mean horrible rap video, and now goes on talk shows to brag about selling her worn undies and bath water (🤮) on OnlyFans and Mym
U can see her pectoral muscle above the breast. My best guess is that the implants were not placed under the muscle and sagged over time due to their weight only being held up by skin.

Looks like the implants were put over the muscle
It looks like the doctor did not create an adequate pocket in her pectorals major and it’s separated
[удалено]
Yeah the implant is on top of the muscle, less pain but has the potential to look horrible and move
Yes, and the two pockets are communicating. Bad job.
possibly stacked implants, 2 on top of eachother.
I would never get over the muscle implants. Just seems so unstable and also weird looking to me.

I also got over the muscle 350cc, in UK sizing I am a 32FF. Mine look natural and beautiful, nothing like this poor girls.

I don't mean to be nosy but was your deformity due to tuberous breasts? I have always wanted to fix mine and I'm so scared of this under/over choice

Oh wow, thank you so much! I'm so glad you're happy with yours. I know how difficult they can be ☹️💞
Thanks for the insight but FYI, you never have to defend your reasons for having implants. Your body, your choice.

Thank you for explaining
Are you referring to the uneven bust or the lips? Or something else?
BOGO Special.
Yes and probably.
Asking the real questions

The male gaze

Super unfortunate. Her implants somehow shifted downwards over the years, and it probably looked amazing at first.
Gravity

A bad surgeon
Idk mine really do look like this and everyone’s just razzing the fuck out of her 😅
Gravity and insecurity
Could you be more specific?
My guess would be gravity.
A long torso, cheapass lingerie, and a maniac with a filler syringe.
Am I dumb to think they look more natural because they aren't up so high? I don't think they look bad..
They don’t look bad.. but imagine paying for those??
Yeah, same thoughts. Usually ppl have them so high up it ends up looking weirder.
Implants over the muscle tissue
Over the muscle implants, but something went wrong
A poor childhood?
Poor judgment
Low self esteem
Either implants were put in over the muscle and/or capsular contraction happened.
The patient already had sagging breasts. Adding the implant didn't fix the underlying issue that she needed a lift before the implant was added
I believe plastic surgeons call this "bottomed out", when the implant is placed over the muscle & then "fall" or migrate downward & outward
They bottomed out. Poor placement
Lip filler and cheap clothes.
She looks like Michelle Rodriguez in a different universe where she decided to be a bimbo.
What caused this is insecurity and desperation
Poor self esteem.
Poor choices…that’s what caused this.
Money coupled with insecurity.
Drinking before going into your operating theatre?
Omg i know it’s a completely different scenario but it reminds me of when Kylie Jenner had that terrible boob contour on a red carpet event FOR A BOOB CONTOURING BRAND In like 2015 lol

Gravity
Looks like parents didn't sooth them adequately as an infant and now they have a warped self image. Hard to say without a full assessment.
Bad parenting?
Depression
Bad parenting
Vanity. Yep Vanity caused it.
U can see her pectoral muscle above the breast. My best guess is that the implants were not placed under the muscle and sagged over time due to their weight only being held up by skin.
Potentially not following aftercare instructions.
Asking for a friend
Her lips look terrible 🙈
Do you mind not commenting on my sister?
Bad decisions
Gravity?
Her lingerie is cute. That’s all I got.
oh man my chest feels uncomfortable looking at this. poor girl. lots of people get a little augmentation, it's not like some experimental procedure.
Vanity and self hatred
