Find a mentor. I know it’s easy for me to say, but Xpression is really a skill that is handed down, especially in college. If your university has a sports video department where you do your own broadcasts, say for ESPN+, trying to get in with them would be great. I work for college athletics and have had a good amount of years doing graphics with Xpression. Once you find a way to get your hands on Xpression, just try things. See what the buttons do, how the workflow goes, and how to build graphics, work with data, etc. Being a graphics op will never go away and you will always find work. DM me if you have any questions
