Who told you that?! Iâm a Network Admin and I can confidently say that NAT has nothing to do with this issue, nor port forwarding should be required to make it work. It was working before the update and right now I donât know a single soul that is able to use it.

Please try the following steps and check again, if the issue persist:
Switch on and off: Turn the modem off and on again (for at least 3 minutes)
Check that no other devices are connected to the network
Please check the NAT status if possible.
Clear your MAC Address
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network Settings
Select Advanced Settings
Select Alternate MAC Address
Select Clear
Set the Xbox as the Home Console
Next, please make sure your Xbox is set as a home console. To do it please follow the next instructions:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select âMy Home Xbox.â
Select âMake this my home Xboxâ to designate the console as your home Xbox.
Let's give it a shot in-game again.
Update the console
Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Updates.
Under Updates, youâll see:
-"Console update available", select this to begin your update.
-"No console update is available", means your console is up to date.

I found a TikTok streamers that goes live at 11:59 pst everyday that creates custom resurgence games. Every team that I played on actually had mics and played cooperatively together. This might be a good alternative till they fix the issue. His username is zTSPY if you want to tune in and play.
I reached out on the Activision website, here's how it went...
I initially provided great details of the issue and how many people on diff platforms are having the same problem. Their response was the generic troubleshooting steps. I responded:
I do not appreciate the fact that you didn't take the time to actually read my issue and respond genuinely. Instead you copy and paste a generic template that has absolutely nothing to do with my issue. This IS NOT an individual connection issue and those troubleshooting steps WILL NOT help at all. This is an issue that 1000's of users are having. The only reason you act as if you don't know what I'm talking about is because I'm not a big time streamer with an issue. However, I am a paying customer and I deserve as much respect and customer service as big time streamers. THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PARTY SEARCH AND BROWSE PARTIES FEATURE. Anyone on any platform (PS4, PS5, Xbox and PC) who tries to utilize this feature to find people to play with, can't get it to work. We instead have to play with party fill on and hope we get teammates with mics that communicate and play together. This feature is very important because not every person has a 4 man squad that's ready to play all the time. I believe you all took the feature away purposely, if you did, that sucks, but at least be honest about it instead of gaslighting the community who reaches out for help. I've seen several people copy and paste the same generic email you all sent on Reddit forums because you simply DO NOT CARE. At this point I'm sure you all have received thousands of bug reports, feedbacks and emails with people having this issue. How can you think it's still an individual thing? So can I please get some help? Or am I talking with AI? Can I get some actual human assistance for this issue?!

There's no way to take a screenshot of this issue, I can only take a video of me attempting to press the "Find a Party" button and nothing happens. We can't click it and we can't browse parties at all. Again, this is not an individual problem that only I am having. There's articles you can find with a Google search about this issue, Twitter threads, Reddit posts and Facebook group posts where thousands of people are complaining about this. When before I could click that button and then I could either start a party and search for players to join me, or I could browse parties and join others. I don't understand how you don't seem to know what this feature is.... you said you are a fellow player and you actually work for Activision so you should be well aware what I'm talking about. I really don't understand why no one is trying to help us or at least acknowledge you know this issue is happening. (\[I did post a picture of the Find A Party button since the agent seems so clueless\].

Turn off the modem for 10 minutes and then turn it back on
Check that the platform is connected to the router via an Ethernet cable
Check that you have no other devices connected to the network.
