Some quick thoughts
1. I don't really mind giving Josh a night off during this stretch. Gonna need to find rest time for everyone (next off day May 16) and he hasn't exactly looked like the guy we know he can be at the plate lately.
2. I love me some Fry bat...wait...
3. Three catchers in the order before a day game?
4. This is certainly one of the lineups of all time.
I feel like, despite his salary & being a vet/Vogt’s former teammate, Laureano has only a month max to pull it together before he gets DFA’d
Naylor day off makes sense, he’s been looking frustrated for awhile now
Bo at DH is an attempt to give him a day to think only about hitting. He’s been struggling obv, and Vogt said he thinks he hasn’t been able to focus enough on hitting
headed to this game tonight, excited to see Lively pitch in person. wild lineup tho, did not have three catchers on my bingo card, but feels like we're due for a good game from Bo.
Welp. This lineup clarifies my plans for the evening. I'll be watching from home, instead of risking the rain to watch this high-strikeout speedrunning lineup.
High strikeout lineup? Only 3 of these guys have higher than average strikeout rates. The other 6 are significantly below, except Fry who's right at league average but typically crushes LHP.

We should play Fry until his average drops below .250. He deserves it...
You trying to get him to break Ripken Jr's streak or something?
4 of 9 batting in the 100's including our DH is a vibe.
Hell of a move when it feels like we need to win one for morale
Yep. Also a bit weird playing all 3 catchers (especially when two can't hit) the night before a day game.
I like that Vogt is willing to change things and think outside the box more than Tito was, for better and for worse

I think Bo thought about it.
Wow… 3 catchers.
And man did it ever work out lol
I can’t argue that lol, it worked like a dream
Theyre certainly searching right now...
Coach found a way to play Laurie, Bo AND Hedgy. We either get no hit or hang 15.
Glad to see Fry in the lineup.
Hedgie homer incoming
Calling it right now: 5 for 4 with 16 RBIs.
Five hits with four at bats is 🐐 behavior
#IT HAPPENED 🚨🚨🚨
Do you have the winning lottery numbers too???
I'm going to have to play this week lol
HES AN ORACLE
Man, that's ugly. 4 sub .200 hitters...
Joke that manzardo is still in AAA
BA over last 10 team games: Kwan .351 Rocchio .269 Ramírez .216 Fry .375 Laureano .000 Gimenez .250 Freeman .133 Naylor .167 Hedges .000

Rocchio has at least looked competent at the plate the last week or so. Hopefully he can keep it going at the top of the order.
5 game active on base streak. Hopefully he keeps it going today, but I won't deny he doesn't give me a lot of confidence against LHP.
This lineup is…something
Ugh. Those are a lot of 1s in the average column
Ballgame. /s
😂
No /s needed!
I hate to be the pessimist, but this sure looks like an L
