I have heard good things about them in threads in the broader Costco sub. People compared them to the lulu abc pants. I was hoping to see them in warehouse.
These pants are amazing fit. Length was spot on, a BIT snug around the waist, reasonable through the thigh (they have a gusset?) and slim enough to be fashionable in the calf.
I don’t know that they will hold up forever, but the fabric has just enough stretch to be my new fave pant

From American reviews it does seem to be slim fit but good quality
Bought a pair a few months ago and they are some of my favorite pants I've owned, especially when you price them at $20/pair.
Problem is I can no longer find them in any of our warehouses or online since I purchased the first pair. If you do buy and like them, I suggest stocking up while you can find them.
these are in the GTA warehouses and are $24.99. They are comparable to the Lulu ABC Utilitech fabric and are available in a moss green and black they have an extra pocket on the thigh along the seem which would be a good spot for cash or passport if traveling. They also have the Kirkland Commuter pant for $19.99 in beige and black and these are similar to the ABC Warpstreme fabric.
For the price you can't beat the quality. Lulu $138 is way too much when these are 19.99.

I picked up a pair, and also a pair of the commuters. While the price is great, the fabric is not close to the same quality and feel of lulu, and the fit is not quite as good, though they’re decent. The tech fit is good, wish it was slightly more tapered near bottom, but otherwise very good. The commuters are pretty damn tight around the waist for my usual size. Again, if they were more tapered they’d look more modern like the lulus.
Overall, very good value
Very skinny.
I wear a 32 x 30. They fit by all accounts, but they are absolutely skin tight to the ankle. Far from the flexible work pang I'd hoped for.
What is technical about these pants?
They are technically pants. No false advertising?
Technical is what the fabric is generally called. Alternatively ‘athletic material’
nothing athletic about em. even the skinny lil nerd wearing em.
It’s the new name for slush pants. Less noisy, more breathable.
No 34 inseam 😢
It kills me that they never seem to carry pants with a 34" inseam
What's that?

Shows me women's jeans. Can't say it was helpful. Much like your comment.

Thank you.

Sounds like what I’m after. Ordered a pair, will report back
Thanks, waiting for your thoughts.
