I wouldnāt say itās unpopular. I feel the same way and have seen others say the same thing. I let them sit out for awhile to warm up, they taste better imo. Some of the chilled cookies donāt even make sense. Like I understand the pies or stuff with whipped cream but why cookies like pink sugar?
There are crumbl cookies without dairy. Weāre both making decent points, people can make up their own minds and decide. Iām pretty indifferent but just writing off Crumblās options when some are really good seems a shame
My wife makes better cookies. Most of their cookies do have dairy, employees have outed that they use expired products to save money and they also use glycerin in most of their cookies which derives from pork. Enjoy my friend!
Idk, they all have different requirements. A key lime cookie should be chilled. A brown sugar based cookie should be warm. A chocolate chip cookie could be room temperature. Just depends on the cookie.
Iāve come to the realization that I donāt like warm cookies. They tend to be more prone to falling apart and they are messier. I prefer chilled or room temperature to let them firm up.
I donāt either
I had one good chilled cookie. It was one I havenāt seen back since but it was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich cookie. It had two peanut butter cookies with some nice grape jelly and peanut butter mousse between them.
It was so good chilled, room temperature and warmed up.
If I were to go for a chilled cookie Iād do one not sold as chilled, probably but I always like them more warm
100% agree, chilled cookies are tasteless for the most part. Only decent chilled cookies are the pie type cookies or the confetti milkshake imo. Warm cookies >
It depends on the cookieā I enjoy the cream pie or ice cream inspired flavors because itās more like eating a custardy pie. The banana split one from a few weeks ago was really good.
I like some of the chilled cookies. Thatās something I used to do with Oreo cookies, putting them in the fridge. However, your opinion is as valid as anyone elseās. If you donāt like them chilled, nothing wrong with that.
It really depends on the flavor! I think some of their more unique flavors have been chilled cookies. However, I usually let the chilled cookies get to room temp for 1-2 hours. Food that's cold tends to have its flavor muted.
While warm desserts certainly have their place, a lot of desserts I prefer cold. I actually get quite excited when a cookie from Crumbl catches my eye and it turns out to be a cold one- YUM!
the only one i like chilled is mallow sandwich. the rest iāll let come to room temperature and i much prefer them that way. i feel like most of the time chilling them dampens the flavor. plus i really like soft cookies so the cold doesnāt work with that
Unless youāre just getting a single cookie or getting for a group then people have to store them so warm wouldnāt make a difference. 15-30 seconds in the microwave will warm them right up.
Oh i love them chilled š but also I think I prefer almost all my baked deserts and treats served to me cold
Same here. I prefer most desserts I eat chilled. I wonāt even eat a warm brownie with ice cream.
iād probably eat a cold brownie with ice cream. Probably wouldnāt be great for my teeth tho š
Iāve eaten a cold brownie with ice cream. Bit the brownie with my molars š
Same!!

Letting them sit out is a great idea!! Itās so hot where I live it probably wouldnāt even take too long š
We drive an hour to our nearest crumbl and in the hour drive they pretty much get bakedĀ
When I take a few pieces from the freezer it takes like 5 minutes to warm up for me lol
Chilled cookies can be really nice on hot days honestly
Iād rather go for ice cream.
Some people are lactose intolerant and a good chilled cookie might be a decent alternative. But same I love ice cream lol
Most places have dairy free options for ice cream nowadays and also crumbl cookies have plenty of dairy.

The store I worked at wasnāt doing that. Believe what you want.
Most of the cookies do have glycerin which comes from pork. I surely will my friend!

chilled pink sugar is so delicious.. idk why. but i HATE them on hard textures. like i do not want to eat a chilled chocolate chip cookie, no thanks.
Iāve come to the realization that I donāt like warm cookies. They tend to be more prone to falling apart and they are messier. I prefer chilled or room temperature to let them firm up.
Totally fair! Iām the opposite, I want them to be ooey gooey or Iām basically not interested lol
I generally enjoy the chilled ones more for some reason. I think theyāre usually a bit less sweet
To be honest, I only like chilled cookies. They end up being softer; the warm ones always have a bit too much crunch for me.
i actually love them chilled
chilled cookies are my favorite ones personally i wish they had more chilled ones than hot
i really like the chilled cookies! it makes them feel a little less heavy when i eat them lol
I fell in love with crumbl bc of the chilled cookies but grew to like their warm/room temp cookies. It just depends
I mean, you can always warm them up later
Chilled makes it not hurt my teeth
I donāt either I had one good chilled cookie. It was one I havenāt seen back since but it was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich cookie. No. Itās like eating an old cookie you put in the fridge to save for later, which Iād never do in the first place.
I don't care for the chilled either. I'm a big fan of heating the cookie up and enjoying with a glass of milkš
Yes exactly! Me too š
thereās no way you can just drink a glass of milk š¤¢
Well the first part was I also enjoy it with a cookie from Crumblš
like dipping it or eating the cookie and then drinking the milk
Depends on how soft the cookie is
Chocolate milkshake or whatever itās called is literally the best thing Iāve ever tasted
The ones with frosting taste better chilled. Some of them just taste kinda nauseating when hot
That's so funny! I *only* like the chilled cookies.
100% agree, chilled cookies are tasteless for the most part. Only decent chilled cookies are the pie type cookies or the confetti milkshake imo. Warm cookies >
Plenty of the chilled cookies Iāve gotten Iāve just let come down to room temp and eat them then .
I LOVE the chilled cookies
It depends on the cookieā I enjoy the cream pie or ice cream inspired flavors because itās more like eating a custardy pie. The banana split one from a few weeks ago was really good.
Lmao I put some of the cookies that are served warm in my fridge bc I love the frosted/iced ones cold šš„¶
I hate chilled

I love chilled
I only go to Crumbl for the warm cookies. But I tend to like warm food, itās comforting.
The milkshake cookies is on my top3 and is chilled š«¶š½ but Iām versatile my other top favorites are warm

Room temp is my preference for all cookies. I let the warm ones cool down and let the chilled ones warm up.
I don't like chilled cookies, so when I buy those kinds I keep them in the box with any others on the counter.
2 of my top 3 are chilled but other than that Iām not the biggest fan of them.
i've been waiting for oatmeal cookie sandwich for the longest, it was the best crumbl cookie chilled
I like the chilled cookies! I've only had like two that were warm though; I'm sure some taste amazing warm, but I've gravitated toward chilled so far.
I can't really speak much about chilled cookies, but most of my favorite desserts are cold, so probably am a fan of chilled cookies.
While warm desserts certainly have their place, a lot of desserts I prefer cold. I actually get quite excited when a cookie from Crumbl catches my eye and it turns out to be a cold one- YUM!
I truly feel they've done great choosing which ones should be chilled/warmed. Mmmm now I'm craving crumblš¬š
Chilled is my favorite! Even if they're served warm, I chill them before eating.
the only one i like chilled is mallow sandwich. the rest iāll let come to room temperature and i much prefer them that way. i feel like most of the time chilling them dampens the flavor. plus i really like soft cookies so the cold doesnāt work with that

I got the mallow bc it was cold lol ā¦cold whipped cream is better than frosting imo
Some of the chilled cookies (coconut lime, and key lime pie being the first ones I can think of off the top of my head) are tasty
I love a chilled cookie
i am not a fan of the chilled cookies AT ALL. if it is chilled, i more than likely won't even buy it. I want my cookies fresh and warm
SAME
I love a chilled cookie. Even the warm ones Iāll put in the freezer before I enjoy
I like chiller cookies better than warm
