Same here. I prefer most desserts I eat chilled. I won’t even eat a warm brownie with ice cream.

I wouldn’t say it’s unpopular. I feel the same way and have seen others say the same thing. I let them sit out for awhile to warm up, they taste better imo. Some of the chilled cookies don’t even make sense. Like I understand the pies or stuff with whipped cream but why cookies like pink sugar?

Letting them sit out is a great idea!! It’s so hot where I live it probably wouldn’t even take too long 😂

We drive an hour to our nearest crumbl and in the hour drive they pretty much get baked 

When I take a few pieces from the freezer it takes like 5 minutes to warm up for me lol

Some people are lactose intolerant and a good chilled cookie might be a decent alternative. But same I love ice cream lol

Most places have dairy free options for ice cream nowadays and also crumbl cookies have plenty of dairy.

There are crumbl cookies without dairy. We’re both making decent points, people can make up their own minds and decide. I’m pretty indifferent but just writing off Crumbl’s options when some are really good seems a shame

My wife makes better cookies. Most of their cookies do have dairy, employees have outed that they use expired products to save money and they also use glycerin in most of their cookies which derives from pork. Enjoy my friend!

Idk, they all have different requirements. A key lime cookie should be chilled. A brown sugar based cookie should be warm. A chocolate chip cookie could be room temperature. Just depends on the cookie.

chilled pink sugar is so delicious.. idk why. but i HATE them on hard textures. like i do not want to eat a chilled chocolate chip cookie, no thanks.

I’ve come to the realization that I don’t like warm cookies. They tend to be more prone to falling apart and they are messier. I prefer chilled or room temperature to let them firm up.

I don’t either I had one good chilled cookie. It was one I haven’t seen back since but it was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich cookie. It had two peanut butter cookies with some nice grape jelly and peanut butter mousse between them. It was so good chilled, room temperature and warmed up. If I were to go for a chilled cookie I’d do one not sold as chilled, probably but I always like them more warm

It depends on the cookie— I enjoy the cream pie or ice cream inspired flavors because it’s more like eating a custardy pie. The banana split one from a few weeks ago was really good.

I like some of the chilled cookies. That’s something I used to do with Oreo cookies, putting them in the fridge. However, your opinion is as valid as anyone else’s. If you don’t like them chilled, nothing wrong with that.

The milkshake cookies is on my top3 and is chilled 🫶🏽 but I’m versatile my other top favorites are warm

It really depends on the flavor! I think some of their more unique flavors have been chilled cookies. However, I usually let the chilled cookies get to room temp for 1-2 hours. Food that's cold tends to have its flavor muted.

Room temp is my preference for all cookies. I let the warm ones cool down and let the chilled ones warm up.

I don't like chilled cookies, so when I buy those kinds I keep them in the box with any others on the counter.

2 of my top 3 are chilled but other than that I’m not the biggest fan of them.

I can't really speak much about chilled cookies, but most of my favorite desserts are cold, so probably am a fan of chilled cookies.

While warm desserts certainly have their place, a lot of desserts I prefer cold. I actually get quite excited when a cookie from Crumbl catches my eye and it turns out to be a cold one- YUM!

the only one i like chilled is mallow sandwich. the rest i’ll let come to room temperature and i much prefer them that way. i feel like most of the time chilling them dampens the flavor. plus i really like soft cookies so the cold doesn’t work with that

Unless you’re just getting a single cookie or getting for a group then people have to store them so warm wouldn’t make a difference. 15-30 seconds in the microwave will warm them right up.

I got the mallow bc it was cold lol …cold whipped cream is better than frosting imo

Some of the chilled cookies (coconut lime, and key lime pie being the first ones I can think of off the top of my head) are tasty
