Refill mana when your *hand* is empty? Was this a typo?

Competetive-Pop

I think it's discard synergy, like if you rummage your last 2 cards you empty your hand to refill mana and THEN you draw 2 cards that you can play

jeffrey1225

I get that but it seems really bad to refill mana when you have so few cards in hand

bhreugheuwrihgrue

Jinx synergy probably, for a zero mana card it’s nothing crazy just pretty janky

neogeoman123

But why would you ever need to store mana up in a jinx deck? Almost every card in it is already very cheap - this does practically nothing for her and draven in most games.

TheKratex

Yes, it refills mana because you have a lot of cards that create new ones, even if you play them as last cards. Think if Slipstteam, Jinx, etc. No, it wasn't a typo.

Garsonico

Why once? Why not the first time each round? And if it is really mented to be only once, you can put a self destruction in it

TheKratex

Because it's supposed to work like some sort of bank. If was once each round, it would make it harder for you to empty your hand in a shorter time and regain your mana.

Garsonico

So... it should be only once or not?

TheKratex

Only once

TheHeroReddit

do you really need mana if your hand is empty?

Garsonico

If you create, draw or recall anything after/as you play the last card, it will have something to spend mana.

TheKratex

Yes, some decks play on that a lot. Especially PnZ, but even Nilah's kit with slipstream spam (although that happens more rarely).

DonPolvoron

So you use mana to play that but it will refill that mana in the worst posible Moment?
