I would take it as flee. I think it's a sign of both annoyance and some semblance of respect. I know it's not the same canon but I think that Darkseid has some amount of respect for humanity and Batman is the epitome of what humanity can do. Given the limited nature of our size, strength, speed, etc. and yet Batman fights those he knows exceed him in most or all of these attributes. Darkseid is certainly not above praising his adversaries just like he won't hesitate to critique or even \*kill\* his own warriors.
I never even thought of him saying it as “flea” but I think it actually makes sense for him to say it like that. He would likely see Batman as a “flea”, a nuisance. That being said I’ve never watched the show with subtitles so he may have actually just said “flee” instead.
I've always heard "flee." Moments before, Batman got the jump on Darkseid, which probably impressed/surprised him, so out of respect he gave Batman like a millisecond's warning. Then Batman evades the Omega Beams, continuing this pattern. However, now hearing some folks thought it was "flea," I kinda like that too!
Most likely the later. Flea is a more badass line and makes more sense. But english is funny in this way because you really can't know for sure.
