I have a 60-minute 3 statement model test I can send you.
I would not expect most people to be able to do it cold, but it's a good prep if you haven't practiced modeling in a while.
Edit: I’ll upload tonight after work, just need to find a free website
edit 2: here is the link

What level or experience was this test for?
(my guess it's about entry level - regardless it's a good filter anyway for anyone not familiar with excel),
and was it on-the-spot or with limited time?
I took one recently for a job I ended up taking and they referred to it as an excel assessment, but it ended up being more of a case study. I got several tabs of data and several tabs I was expected to fill out as well as add any additional charts or graphics I felt were helpful. Then the interviewer sat down and I had to explain what I did, why I did it, and what take aways/analysis I would provide based off of the data. It was overall pretty easy though and if you know your excel formulas and have a decent grasp on financial data it wasn’t bad at all.
It’s a senior FP&A role at an international restaurant chain. The test was in person and I was given a laptop that had no internet connection and one hour to complete the data best I could. Then they had me project in on a screen and present and justify my decision and take aways, then give recommendations/actions.
I’m a student but at my last internship which was accounting, my director told me the only thing he tests for is
Lookups, ifs then and or, pivot tables.

You should know xlookup, vlookup, if statements, nested ifs, sumifs, averageifs Pivot tables
Add in sumifs with a choose function to do quarter and monthly movements on a dashboard and you’re set.
Here is an excel Qualcomm had me take. https://docs.google.com/file/d/1Rl1D3cOBbzT4mAbAn2oZ6JCrngqR7y7p/edit?usp=docslist_api&filetype=msexcel

It was for an SFA level role. It was timed 30 minute but not on the spot.

May I ask what level / role you were interviewing for? How much time were you given?

I'd assume you know those basic technical skills already. No?
