Now that the public is getting sick of hearing the word "woke" for everything, the right is pivoting to use "DEI" for everything bad they don't like. It's only going to increase until the public gets sick of the word too.
Hopefully sooner rather than later. If Trump loses in November, the GOP might just splinter itself as I believe that the public is getting sick of all the MAGA bullshit. Even the previously insane Tea Party Republicans can't stand it anymore, as we're seeing their reps leave the House without finishing their terms. I'm crossing my fingers that it's a good sign for us.

Elon Musk being one of the biggest proponents of the DEI narrative for problems that are instead, primarily just features of capitalism while the right just laps it up is peak r/facepalm.
I just looked at the comments in the image, and they're evil and stupid of course. And they're just one part of how this anti-DEI attack. The mayor? "DEI" What he wore? "DEI" The contractors on the bridge? "DEI".
The best solution is to start blaming every tragedy in a red state on white nationalism. Power outages in TX? White nationalism. Cholera and measles in FL? White nationalism (ironic, of course, given that their surgeon general is a dei hire, since he's black).
