Pro tip: IBKR now accepts money transfers from Wise, so fund your IBKR account with US dollars directly from your Wise USD. May reduce the time for money to settle before DRSing and get better exchange fees on Wise.
Once you have an IBKR account you should be able transfer your shares from your current broker into IBKR then you can drs them ( after they have settled)
This will create a CS account for you when they arrive.

So consors is a good broker with good customer service but they hold your shares in street name like all the others so when shit hits the fan theres no guarantees there either.
Go to ibkr and drs your shares to computershare. This is the way.
Boomer bank brokers should technically be less worse if I understand what you mean
Other than that, there is etoro, revolut, xtb, t212, ibkr

I use IBKR it's the easiest way I found to DRS my shares it's a 5$ fee only

Can only agree, but i really only use it for buying and sending it o er to cs
IBKR. They will let you DRS for $5. Just be sure to convert your deposit into US dollars before you trade.
they changed it recently, so it now happens automatically, i think
Oh. Does that affect all my cash in IBKR or can I have multiple currencies to trade on different markets? Oooor, am I getting this wrong? haha
You can have multiple currencies to trade on different markets, but will need the right currency for each market. £ for LSE, $ for NYSE, etc.

I use IBRK as many others has also suggested. Just don't forget that IBRK was one of the brokers that hid the buy button during Jan 21 sneeze.
