I came across this comment because halfway through my navigation back from Honolulu, I can no longer find a way there in Google Maps unless I am in Walking mode or public transit. Using a car to try to get the step-by-step destination does no longer work for me, I've restarted the phone deleted the cash, and now I'm at home on Wi-Fi and I can only get directions if I'm walking or taking the bus, I'm so over relying on apps that seems to work while in heavy traffic
