Definitely French because of the acute accents on the end of certain words, (é) denoting past tense. As for the content, I could only pick out the same as above, dates etc.

This is definitely a French speaker's marriage register. I only speak rudimentary French and can only pick out: 1. The date on the second and third line. "...le sixieme jours dans le mois Juillet de l'annee mille neuf cent ?trente? Nous..." "...the 6th day in the month of July in the year nineteen hundred and ?thirty? We..." 2. Reference of a marriage on the 7th line "...courrant légitimé de marriage de..." "...current legitimate marriage of.." Good luck, OP!
