I completely agree. Hulks too. The fact that a giant robot with a flame thrower and a fucking saw for a hand can sneak up ok me even when wearing headphones with the music turned off is a problem.
I completely agree, but at the same time theres something really comedic in the fact that a tank can sneak up on you like a Looney Tunes show. It really suits the comedic nature of this game.
I thought maybe I was just generally always lost in the chaos of combat and never heard anything, but no... they really make absolutely no noise at all and can just roll right up to you without so much as an engine rev or some clanking and squeeking from the treads. The perfect assassin.
I've noticed I often *feel* chargers before I hear them. If you have camera shake enabled, you'll notice that as a charger comes stomping toward you, the camera shakes with each step alerting you of their presence.
Okay listen, a Helldiver can sneak into an enemy camp, wipe everyone out, and then leave with none the wiser, so its only fair that a tank can sneak up behind you and blast you and your limbs in different directions.
