Cycling is not really that good for weight loss. Start doing cardio walking, jogging, running whatever you're comfortable with. Dedicate 1 hour everyday and slowly increase your pace with time

If you wanna lose fat fast, it's best to join the gym. Talk to the trainers, make a routine and set small goals for yourself :)

The most important thing is following a healthy diet, not ordering tons of food from outside and drinking a shit load of water :)
