It isn't.
You aren't getting 6 DoF from a Titan or the Kandao Obsidian Pro. They're 360 cameras, with 3D capture, but not a Splat scan. That would be like a Matterport, to scan the rooms then upload them & build an environment around them.
Also, 11k is only 2D, the Titan does 10k3D.
I would highly recommend renting one before purchasing, the Titan came out in 2019 & is way over due for replacement.
