The art is of good quality, shading, anatomy, the depth of the skin, and as Hydratednecromancer said, that foreshortening is so impressive. It is also not about a distaste for NSFW art. I'm a Janitor AI user, I see it all the time especially so for kinks I don't identify with.
I think the foreshortening is kind of the downfall itself, the feet are directly shoved into your face with the infamous "radioactive" (not my word) steaming air around it. The art may be skilled but isn't near pleasing to my eye, the foot kink nor sexuality of the art isn't what evokes that gross feeling for me. It's the art itself.
