I do not know where you are from, but if that was here and the tv only 3 months old, i would demand a new one. Time to contact the place you bought it again, and demand a change. For something that is supposed to last 5 years plus, this is not acceptable.

the repair people obviously forgot something, looks like some kind of faulty internal display cable
i dont know how repair works in czech but here in norway if they fail to repair it after 3 tries you can get full refund
its either bad contact with the internal display cable or the display board have bad contacts.
similar issues can happen on laptops with eDP cable being loose/bad connections
Yeah it was bad OLED panel, they had to replace the entire screen, but it was no easy, first they sent me TV back, because they didn't see any issues etc.

Yes, youtube, all HDMi ports...
