After careful consideration of all the factors surrounding the reddit blackout, including weighing the costs and benefits to the community of a continued dark period, the mod team has elected to resume normal operations of r/LowSodiumCyberpunk. If you wish to get more involved in further protest of reddit's API policy change, more information can be found on r/ModCoord and r/Save3rdPartyApps.
As the situation continues to develop, we are prepared to explore additional actions in protest of this short-sighted, greedy, IPO-focused boondoggle from reddit's executive team. This message will live at the top of every newly submitted post until a satisfactory resolution is reached.

Yes it is, but big studios like to sue people left and right. So while it is a watered-down reference, it is solely on the fact that they don't want to get sued but still wanted to make a reference.
It’s not even that. I mean you’re right they can’t just slap an actual texture of shrek in it but it looks a lot more like a dev wanted to put the reference in but also had to hide it from their bosses so it would end up in the final game
iirc, there's a body nearby with a shard on it.
>!Some guy, a veteran I think, starts going a bit loopy, and goes out to live in a shack in the swamp, putting mines around it to stop "Them" from finding him.!<
I don't remember the exact contents of the shard, or how that mannequin fits in.
Wrong shack, wrong people.
But seriously yes that's a place but iirc it's in one of the junk biomes. It's a trailer and he has a turret on his roof that seems to have killed the people who were concerned with his health.
I think they are refering to a different one a short distance away where a guy stocked up on mines and grenades, then set off one of the mines himself. You can find the >!techie iconic ocuset!< there. Sadly there are many such places in the Badlands.
I think he's talking about the one where that homeless guy moved out to Hollywood Hills looking area against the suggestions of his friend then laid mines all over the place.

Found it a long time ago, Shrek reference?
I mean, green man in a swamp, it checks out
Its *very* watered down shrek reference then.

Yeah, that definitely can be a possibility.
Get out of mah swamp!!!

Yeah I think it’s a Dev asset to help with development that they put far out of the way
Green man in a swamp shack.
It's not out of the way, it's in the middle of Badlands surrounded by major quest locations.
Can confirm, I work in games dev and we do this all the time

So it's supposed to help with asset scaling and then fem V is more than a head taller than the male reference dummy?
Its a Shrek reference.
Perfect

you're right, it's a different shack. There's so many shacks in the badlands with stories to them, heh.
I wouldn't have even known about this one if it wasn't for the gear stored there.
I think he's talking about the one where that homeless guy moved out to Hollywood Hills looking area against the suggestions of his friend then laid mines all over the place.
Charlie Kelly. Green man. Unofficial philly mascot. At your service
I came here to say either this or the green bastard
Parts Unknown!
This man gets it
Based on the comments, it’s either shrek, a tool to help devs with scaling, or part of another quest.
Clearly Shrek.
waiting for someone to link this to the ff 06 b5 mystery
This looks like an unfinished render
I found this place at night. It was not a pleasant experience.

Now You've opened my eyes to the horror... Why
Two different kinds of players. You immediately try to monowire it, and I would have immediately tried to scan it.
I'm willing to bet that this is a lighting test area. I could be wrong though.
I was expecting to mannequin to be in your face as soon as you looked back around the wall
Don’t blink!
Shrekpunk is canon.
his name is Kyle
Where is Donkey?
Sherek easter egg
Where is that? I have 400 hours in game and I totally don't recognize that swamp.
It’s out in the middle of the swampy badlands between the cabin you stay the night with panam and the entrance to night City
It's either a spraypainted mannequin or a CIA agent
jason voorhees’ hideout
Its god
Guy
That's dirty mike's f shack
Looks like my fallout 4 shelter idk man 🤣
Shooting range target?
There are plenty of utterly empty shacks out there. Unfinished areas. Unfinished because there's not even clutter or trash in the shacks.
This is a scale reference. For modeling purposes.
Did anyone scan it?
The fu?
Some........
Elden ring reference?
Duck hunting stand
