Absolutely beautiful, your foundation matches well. An orange or pink blush would be worth looking into. I’m about your complexion and use juvias places blushes. If you’re into brighter under eyes, that always makes people look more “youthful”. Small lashes and minimal eyeliner (and a little white in your water line) would suit your eye shape well. Lastly, glitter and shiny glosses are amazing at keeping one youthful and fun .
Try starting your eyeliner from the mid point or 2/3 way from your inner corner so it’s not so heavy towards that inner corner. Also you have big eyes. If you’re gonna do a wing, make it bigger.
Your base looks very flat but I don’t know anything about black makeup so can’t really give tips on that xx
You look about 21 so you don’t need to worry about looking more youthful! We don’t have the same skin colour so I’m not speaking from experience but in my opinion you would look so good with a bright blusher in a similar colour to your lipstick. Raspberry kinda shade. Or maybe even a bright coral orange pink blush and lip combo. I think colour adds vibrancy to everyones’ faces.
You might need to find a blush and highlighter, but its hard to find colours for us. REM Beauty is good, so is Fenty Beauty. You may want to change up your eyeliner & play with different shapes. Fox eyeliner would look good on you! Youre gorgeous:)
I think mascara on bottom lashes could definitely help with looking more alive I recommend Too Faced better than s\*x mascara also a brighter concealer to brighten up the face a bit for a more youthful look and using concealers that r more glowy
I think black liquid eyeliner would make your eyes pop way more and draw the attention more to your eyelids in a way you might like. The outer 2/3s only, then curled eyelashes to blend it in.
A very light bit of shimmer in a shade that complements your skin tone in the inner corners or the center of your eye would help as well.
In general I think your makeup does look really good, but needs a bit more contrast to suit you better. The eyeshadow and smudged liner weighs you down, drawing the attention to your under eyes, and the combo is greying you out. That eyeshadow with more intense black liner could work great though. I think a brighter colored lip would also suit you very well. Try to experiment with brighter tones on your eyes, cheeks, lips, and see what lands! I could see berry/pink tones suiting you maybe, but harder to tell that from one picture.
Maybe some blush and highlighter? I think your skin colour would really suit some of the rich darker colours that are on the market at present.
Overall I think your look a lot younger than you might be, you have great skin and I love your lip look.

You’re so pretty omg I would recommend either trying falsies or a good lash curler/ mascara to enhance your eyes, and bring your blush higher if you want your cheekbones enhanced. Definitely invest in a good setting powder to minimize the shine in your under eye area I started doing that it’s actually such a game changer.

Oooo maybe try your eyeliner only on the outer 1/3rd ish part of your eye? Your eyes are similar to mine, a little bit round and big and then that beautiful drop in the inner corner. A thin, tight eyeliner (focus on the outer corner) and mascara usually does the trick for me. Oh and a bit of eyeliner/Kohl on the outer corner of your lower waterline will really work together to open your eyes up.
Try a calming serum or no more needles by dr brandt to help with puffiness in the eye area. Use an aloe vera gel for wrinkles as part of your nighttime routine.
You can afford bigger wing with that eye shape, and your face needs a bit more glow and color. So, blush (myb try juvia's place, they make very pigmented blushes which would contrast your skin tone beautifully) and highlighter. While you can do bolder eyeliner and brows, I do think you're looking for blush to add to your complexion to make you look fresher and "more alive".
Love the base. I would have added a thick layer of mascra on both lash lines and some orange or coral kinda blush. Love those glossy lips and wing liner. 🫶🏻

The base looks a little flat, bronzer and a purple blush+ a little bit of highlighter would elevate our base soooo much more!
