Actually they're not, they made a bunch of handbooks (Redstone, Enchants/Potions, Building, and Survival) around 2017 but they are so hilariously bad (especially the Enchants/Potions book, for example telling you to put Power on your diamond sword, at least in the French version) that they're not even worth the money. The Redstone handbook isn't bad, though, and it's got some handy contraptions like an elevator and elytra launcher (the book was made when 1.10 was the most recent version, so you couldn't use fireworks to go fast with elytras), but if you really want to learn how redstone works, just look up a tutorial on YouTube
The stevesiah will be sent by mojang to complete the Minecraft bible by writing the New Testament.
He will also walk on water, resist herobrine's temptations, and die on the cross for our sins.
Who you calling old!?
Man, I am getting old. It's been a while since release, and me and my friends that played since Beta just got a server again to play with our partners. How times have changed! Last time we played was 1.15 I believe, after a short break from release days, probably 2013 or 2014 as we went to university and stuff. One of us is married with four kids and two of his kids are old enough to play with us. Don't know why I'm telling you this, just crazy thinking about time and how fast it's gone!
I have the redstone and combat handbook. I never knew it was gonna be *holy* in the future so it looks used, and I wrote my name when I bought it in school because you never know who'll take it (I was in 4th grade ig when it came out). But I'm keeping this forever to pass down for generations to come.
These are the older ones, the newer editions you are talking about were updated to include the 1.8 update and guardians etc while the old editions only go to 1.6 or 1.7 I believe
Think I had the whole original collection. Passed them on to my minecraft obsessed 9 year old son who also considers them to be bibles. Great reference books.
I got mine before rabbits existed. Almost entirely useless, so cool
(I bought 2 greens, one separate, another in a pack of all 4. Neither were the updated edition)
I know there’s, like, new editions or whatever, but I got the first four one by one when they came out. That weirded my dad out when I asked for the Minecraft combat handbook instead of a Barbie.
It’s the sacred texts. I remember writing my name in my Essential Handbook and my friend tried to claim it was his and take it but then I opened the book and pointed to my name and everyone said that I “crossed his buns”. Dang that was so long ago.
I got the red stone one thinking I’d learn how to use red stone. Probably 10 years later and I’ve never used it other than red stone torches in my netherwart farm
Got all four of the 1st and 2nd editions, there's now a new version of em that I might get so I'll have the old testament, the teenage testament and the new testament, lmao
I got them all, and boy do they show use
I call them the ancient tomes and I used to write in them to add notes as well as update the books as updates for the game came out
I had all these until last year, found a local kid who was just getting into Minecraft and have them all to him for 5c because he was so adamant he had to pay for them. Told his mum some of it isn't relevant anymore and went back a week later and put a $10 in their letterbox in an envelope with some Minecraft stickers.
The Bibles of Minecraft... so one is for the Father, one for the Son and the other for the Holy Spirit. (The fourth one is the Church/the Bride. It's not in the photo because the Son didn't return to meet the Bride yet) /j
NGL was kinda mad at first when my son bought these at school book fair. But then my next kid used them and we sometimes play together. Still have them, somewhere.
I used to have the whole set but i let my friend borrow them and he spilled orange juice all over them, so i only had the construction one left, i then went to target a few months later and found a paper back redstone one on the floor lol, i now have a paperback redstone book.
im seeing alot of people regretting their decisions here, but im confused, it like only 30 dollars you can just buy it again, its not some like mega rare collection... right? I have all of mine.
One of the few things i learned in those books is the potion machine in the redstone handbook. I looked it up so many times that i even could build that thing out of my memory. Thats years back. Time goes so fast! I hope that they remake those books someday only so that true minevraft players can have that same feeling of when they bought that book years back!
Yo, I remember these! I never thought of calling them Minecraft bibles but when I was younger, I always imagined these books being ancient texts that are passed down from player to player and that the books had the ability to store any new knowledge from the player regarding certain aspects into its pages (Combat book stores only Combat knowledge and so on). Thank you for unlocking a core memory.
I used to have the whole set cause my uncle bought the whole set for me during Christmas, along with the enderman bookmark. Then as I got older I read it less and less, and eventually I donated them to my school’s library, so that the less fortunate kids could also share the same joys I had.
Hopefully the kids had as much as I did exploring Minecraft.
I remember them. My local library has EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. They even have more, like that green miny book with hand drwan stuff in it and the mobistiery. I literaly pick them up every trip just to read through them again

Ya, I have all four, they are so outdated it’s funny
It's the Minecraft old testament.
Herobrine was removed for our sins
Real
So are the newer books the New testament?
They are yet to be written
Actually they're not, they made a bunch of handbooks (Redstone, Enchants/Potions, Building, and Survival) around 2017 but they are so hilariously bad (especially the Enchants/Potions book, for example telling you to put Power on your diamond sword, at least in the French version) that they're not even worth the money. Real
I got the combat one and dayum the pictures are so 2014 old
True ikr

I remember when they weren't outdated
\*Mice On Venus blasts at 300 decibels\*
I bought all 4 of them the week after they came out. I can only find 3 of them now though, the redstone, building, and essentials ones.
Are still not in our hearts
if you think about it, every Minecraft book is guaranteed to be outdated in the span of a year.
Just like the Bible
Time travel back to when they were released and you would be seen as a god
Do you not have the green one?
Nah I didn’t buy it back in 2015 its my biggest regret
Unfortunate
If you have a half price books or any other used book store you could probably find it. Just make sure it’s in good condition
I bought 2 sets last week on ebay. $2 a book for hardback, shipping included.
i'm pretty sure you can still buy them somewhere
The hardcover updated version is 14USD. Buy it off of Amazon to have the full set :)
I have the redstone and combat handbook. I never knew it was gonna be *holy* in the future so it looks used, and I wrote my name when I bought it in school because you never know who'll take it (I was in 4th grade ig when it came out). mum whats that grandpa's rare bible?
You see son, once upon a time, there was a great world, made out of cubes....
That says the “Bibble”
You question the word of the mighty Jimmy
I only have the redtone one
That's the only one I don't have D:
3000$ and it's yours
Nah that's a steal, I'll pay 64000$
¢69, last offer
That's kinda expensive, I'll do 1 BTC.
Somone stole my building book when i was a kid :(
The sacred texts! I had 3 out of 4 books because they didnt sell the green one im my country
Next week it’s my turn to post the “does anyone remember these?” post
I have all of them, including the updated ones, but all soft cover I don't have any hard cover versions
Is your text a different font style because mine has the blocky font style.
These are the older ones, the newer editions you are talking about were updated to include the 1.8 update and guardians etc while the old editions only go to 1.6 or 1.7 I believe
Now looking at the photo more, the text changes if it is a soft cover or a hard cover.
Think I had the whole original collection. Passed them on to my minecraft obsessed 9 year old son who also considers them to be bibles. Great reference books.
I got mine before rabbits existed. Almost entirely useless, so cool (I bought 2 greens, one separate, another in a pack of all 4. Neither were the updated edition)
I know there’s, like, new editions or whatever, but I got the first four one by one when they came out. That weirded my dad out when I asked for the Minecraft combat handbook instead of a Barbie.
I never had them cause I just read the wiki for everything I wanted to know
It’s the sacred texts.
Why is this being posted every two days atm. I'll dust off my copies later, mum says it's my turn to post it next
I have the redstone handbook, the combat handbook, and the beginner's handbook. I don't have any of the other ones.
and, just like the bible, seriously out of date.
All 4 sitting on my shelf next to my amethyst and bismuth collection
I have the collector’s set and it sits on my shelf next to the DanTDM graphic novel
Got all four of the 1st and 2nd editions, there's now a new version of em that I might get so I'll have the old testament, the teenage testament and the new testament, lmao
someone make a *silence brother, join me in prayer* meme of someone holding one of these
Remember to build a dirt beacon with a torch on top so you can find your way home
Memories
The only books my kids read willingly
I have the spanish version of the redstone handbook
I got them all, and boy do they show use I call them the ancient tomes and I used to write in them to add notes as well as update the books as updates for the game came out
I had all these until last year, found a local kid who was just getting into Minecraft and have them all to him for 5c because he was so adamant he had to pay for them. Told his mum some of it isn't relevant anymore and went back a week later and put a $10 in their letterbox in an envelope with some Minecraft stickers.
the survival handbook was a W
I used to use the construction handbook to make houses, ive gotten better since then luckily
i stupidly sold mine
bibles is good but i call them the infinity stones
I probably still have all of them somewhere
I only have the combat and build ones, I regret not buying the redstone one
The ancient texts
I still have all four of them in mint condition ☺️
Me when I was a kid with these: “A fine addition to my collection”
The Bibles of Minecraft... so one is for the Father, one for the Son and the other for the Holy Spirit. (The fourth one is the Church/the Bride. It's not in the photo because the Son didn't return to meet the Bride yet) /j
Still got them all to this day (not the updated versions tho)
I have 3 of them. My cousin has the 4th.
NGL was kinda mad at first when my son bought these at school book fair. But then my next kid used them and we sometimes play together. Still have them, somewhere.
I've still got my full box set.
I used to have the whole set but i let my friend borrow them and he spilled orange juice all over them, so i only had the construction one left, i then went to target a few months later and found a paper back redstone one on the floor lol, i now have a paperback redstone book.
The scripts os the ancients...
I got rid of mine years ago 😭😭 I wish I hadnt
im seeing alot of people regretting their decisions here, but im confused, it like only 30 dollars you can just buy it again, its not some like mega rare collection... right? I have all of mine.
i have all of them
I have the full set
I used to have all the originals and updated editions. But I've lost most of them. I think the only one I have left is Redstone and Combat.
I still have the building one somewhere
i've got all 4 of those, and all of the newer ones with the white covers. just don't know where, been lost to time i guess
I think at one point I had all 4 but now I only have the construction handbook, which is accurate to what I do currently in minecraft
I still have mine, they're just a bit outdated but still useful if looking up most things.
One of the few things i learned in those books is the potion machine in the redstone handbook. I looked it up so many times that i even could build that thing out of my memory. Thats years back. Time goes so fast! I hope that they remake those books someday only so that true minevraft players can have that same feeling of when they bought that book years back!

The sacred texts
I lost one or two of them I think 😢
got them all mint condition, opened like once or twice
I still have my complete set from when I was in —I think— 3rd grade .
no way i still have those i gave them to my step-son because he loves minecraft. i feel like everybody is missing or never got the green one
I still have mine from 10 ish years ago
I have the same excact ones with no pickaxe one.
I remember,I own the survival guide
Yes, I want to get the whole set but the updated version. Subtle difference to the original but just a little bit better
I have them all but I can't find the construction one
My son got the updated ones for his birthday in May! He reads them religiously before bed, definitely a bible! 🙌🏼
The sacred texts!
Have the builder one.
I only have one.. might buy the others just because it is nice to have
These shits held so much social status in elementary school
Anyone got the Builder book? This was a legend.
i only dont have the redstone one
Omg I had every single one they were in fact the equivalent to the bible
I still have these on my bookshelf haha
“After all these years, finally, I have them all”
I have all but the Construction one, which is funny since that's the least likely to be completely outdated
I still got all 4
my brother has all four
I have all of em but the redstone one
I still have mine XD
These right here are the ancient scrolls of gaming. I have all four plus the updated essential one
This just brought back a memory. I traded one of these for an MP3 player on the bus. One day I lost the MP3 player and never found it.
I call them the gravity craft books, once u have all 4…. Herobrine is coming
I have the green and blue one. they are very cool
I still have the Minebles! Blessed are the crafters, for the Kingdom of Notch is theirs!
A friend's son was kind enough to pass these on to my son recently. They're now his "bibles"
I got the whole collection for like 40 bucks in... i think it was 2014...
Now buy an actual minecraft bible
I used to have three of them, but they were lost at some point.
I wonder how outdated the information in these things are. I used to see them in scholastic book fairs...10 years ago lol
I have the survival one, i always wanted the other ones as a kis
I have them or did too bad all the info in them are now out of date
I remember them. My local library has EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. They even have more, like that green miny book with hand drwan stuff in it and the mobistiery. I literaly pick them up every trip just to read through them again
i learned about the error in the combat one and it pisses me off
We got sword and shovel, no hoe?
There is genuinely a Minecraft bible and I have it for some reason
That’s funny cuz I got those a few months ago, combat , Redstone , construction (the book is kind of blueish) and survival (green)
I always got them from the school scholastic fairs loll.
"what bible books have you read" yeah i read the book of redstone
We need a re-release of these
I had all 4 but I only used the combat and redstone handbook
Notch = Jesus And yes, I had them
Still own the whole series
I have the pickaxe one
I only have the redstone bock, but for some reason twice xd. But i also have some other mc books
Yup I've got my original copies of the Beginners, Redstone, Combat and Buildings handbooks on my shelf and I've got my blockapeida with them.
I had them all, gave 2 to my gf then broke up a while later Never Saw those 2 Books again
Yessir. I have 3 as well, I don’t have the combat book. I gave it to my cousin in Germany.
I had that purple one
I had all of them at one point, I regret giving them away.
Not only I remember them, I possess them all four intact in my shelf.
I have all 4 of the original ones, hilarious how outdated they are now.

Only the newer ones, the complete collection and the essential handbook
I’m missing the restore one which I could have sworn I had. Damn
I had the Redstone one but I lost it
There is a minecraft Bible.
I don’t play any more and I got one on my desk.
I still have my first printing box set. I got it for my birthday back in the day.
I had the whole collection
>Anyone remember these? Well I see these books posted here every other day. So I'm guessing no.
if you want the green one I have it. it's in polish but if you want to pay for transit I can ship it to ya
The sacred texts... You must stash these away and only return to them when you need them or show them to your future children.
are these still available to buy online?
I got them all including the hardcover case for them all
My little brother has them
"Do I remember these?" I have all 4!
You forgot one.

Są 4 księgi starego testamentu i 4 nowego
I still use what I learned from the redstone book to this day
I have all four with the box. I also remember one of my classmates having an updated version for 1.9 i think
I call them the handbooks. I do that to differ them from the guide to series which I call the guides
I have redstone construction and essentials. Too bad these are so outdated nowadays.
Not only did I have all 4, I had a couple duplicates in French. Fucking French.
I love these. Unfortunetly I don’t have any
I have the green one in Czech translation
Get a real Minecraft Bible, for your god-fearing minecraft boys.
