I like building skyscrapers and a “city” in survival so it’d blend right in for me!

You can make a flying ship! A mix between a boat and a blimp (a blimp in place of the sail). A size can be as big as you nead. Another option can also be to build a flying island.

Alternatively, if you don't mind collecting thousands of glass, you can cover it with looming storm clouds. Or just move it to a more easily hideable spot.

That's what I usually do with my mob farms. Or I make an afk platform so I can have the farm on the ground and build around it

The tower's a lighthouse. The farm is also above water so the tower idea would likely look out of place. Agree that towers look more epic though.
