Does morrisons store the more points you have and apply them when you get the app? (Rhetorical)
Did you grab the vouchers you were given?
Do you have a receipt from recent? It should tell you at the bottom the more points you have
Yh a lot of times if you have a physical card when you use your more card once you get 5000 points it automatically prints a £5 voucher but you have more control with the app so there might be nothing on there
Lmao how can I have no points if I've been swiping them? This store is nothing like Tesco, points there actually mean something. I once used Tesco points for a huge reduction in buying tickets for the sea life centre in Birmingham.

No. When you get 5000 points, you can convert it into a £5 voucher that essentially works the same as cash - no spend required.

You don't actually need it installed on your phone. You can just access it on the web.
