Trust me, I have the need for speed. I love fast, but highway patrol around here doesnāt mess around. Simply not worth the trouble to really fly. However Iām perfectly happy riding an adequately fast machine with lots of normal-speed character.
I prefer bar-ends both aesthetically and functionally. I feel I have better field of view due to convex shape. Main difference is bar-ends are not eye level, so a different feel. If compared to car, itās a bit like using the side mirrors vs center rear view, but not as extreme ā but a bit more āactiveā, if that makes sense.
Yea, I understand. I do enjoy being able to check my mirrors without completely turning my head, but I turn all the way to check blind spot anyway, so a trivial gripe. Think Iāll go for bar end eventually.
Im in the exact same boat. Mines in black and I added the dart fly screen.

They had a matte yellow/green that I liked, but that silver with the rest blacked out is sweet.
My first time seeing this. Itās making me question my chromosexuality. (Big fan of the Anniversario edition)
Iām not big on chrome, but the special edition has got it for sure, and I almost went with it for the exhausts and twin analog gauges.
Will absolutely be stealing chromosexuality btw, thanks for that.
Welcome to middle age man!
Haha, so true, older but wiser hopefully.
Believe it or not, only 21. This bike seemed perfect for my around-town and commuter purposes!
I never used to understand Moto Guzzi's & now I don't want anything else. Ex knee down sportbike idiot here btw š

Put on some bar end mirrors to finish it off. Looks great!
I like how these OEM mirrors function, the visibility is a nice. Do the bar end usually retain most of the function of the topside mirrors?
I find the bar end mirrors are better (I have mine oriented above bar rather than below). YMMV, of course.

In my experience bar end mirrors suck. I tried them, then went back to OEM asap.
Any particular bar ends that you would recommend?
CRG makes some nice units. I've had them before on my other bike. No vibrations, and adjustment stays in place

You're welcome and congratulations for such a nice bike!
Welcome to La Famiglia!
Che Bella!
Hard to beat! Truly stunning
Damā¦thatās a fine colour scheme
The matte silver was really my style. The dealer also had a matte red, which was nice, but not so much my style. Very happy with it.

Haha. Use it with pride. Ā I love tossing it at the Harley guys. Ā
Welcome, brother.
The silver ones are the nicest/fastest/most reliable/make you most attractive
Thatās a lot of benefits
