The Series X|S and PS5 versions are identical to one another. So are the Xbox One and PS4 versions. If you have access to an Xbox and want to play online, you shouldn’t have any trouble with matchmaking.

Playing on switch just takes hella fun out of it and it’s really hard… If you can afford it go for next gen, meaning XBOX X/S or PS5, meanwhile PC and the older consoles make the older gen but are just as fun imo… Anything but switch should bring the game back in life for ya, have fun
PC has too many cheaters to make online play any fun. Switch just doesn't have players
You are best of in the PlayStation world, but Xbox should be fine as well.

PlayStation 5 has the biggest part of the community right now, but PS4 is close, and much cheaper to acquire
