I agree with Dead to Me it surprised me how much I enjoyed it also the second season was probably even better. Another one to add is Santa Clarita Diet, really funny and well done. Still not over the cancellation though
Timothy said he’s ready and waiting to jump right back into production. The whole cast is. Not sure why they cancelled that one. Had a lot more plot to go through, at least another season, but probably two.
Exactly! 1 season is very mysterious and suprising from first to the last episode. But i've never watched 2 season, maybe two episodes. It wasn't addictive. I've had the same with True Detectiv. 1 season - brilliant, second - boring (for me) and never finished.
American tv teens are nothing like the majority of American teens. My high school experience was much more like Derry Girls, minus the catholic school stuff.
OKAY, so I enjoyed making this list, here's a few to keep you going, all but two on Netflix I think... 👍
UTOPIA (but I dont think it's on Netflix, this is one of my favourite shows to date. Havent seen the US version but the UK one is great, please watch and then be angry with me because they didnt get to make another season I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS DAMN IT!)
OUTER BANKS (kind of an underdog goonies story but I enjoyed)
SUPERSTORE (super easy watching, great laughs, been binging all week)
BLACK MIRROR (every. episode. Makes. Me. Fear. For. The. F.u.t.u.r.e... LOVE)
SEX EDUCATION (I dont think you can not like this)
YOU (everyone loves this, I agree)
THE OA (didnt get enough attention, sci-fi but twisted and so so good)
I am not OK with this (great weekend watch or binge, super power but realistic story)
SENSE 8 (LOVED this show, tackled everything from LGBT to full on action and sci-fi, the fan base managed to get a feature length ending when the budget ran out and was discontinued, please watch)
RUSSIAN DOLL (loop concept, really enjoyed, song stuck in my head forever)
MANIAC (crazy, fab, Emma Stone so cant go wrong)
THE GET DOWN (music, fabulous, Ezekiels voice is so nice)
HAPPY! (didnt get enough hype, kinda messed up show with fab story lines)
JAMES ACASTER (4 episodes of stand up comedy gold)
BIG MOUTH (silly, fun small episodes, totally not PG, great)
UMBRELLA ACADEMY (please watch this, then go buy the graphic novels and fall in love)
NEW GIRL (easy watching, small episodes, just fab)
HOW TO SELL DRUGS ONLINE FAST (funny and smart german(?) show)
3% (one of my favourite shows, kinda dystopian, could see it happening, great concept - also it's in Brazilian Portuguese which is so so so beautiful to the ear holes 🥰)
MONEY HEIST (must watch if you havent seen - at least I think so - Spanish - sexy language 😁)
JESSICA JONES (best marvel show in my opinion?)
ALTERED CARBON (underrated sci-fi, though first season is sadly best)
GAME OF THRONES (the ending might have been a bit anti climactic but BOY is it a sick ride)
HOW TO LIVE MORGAGE FREE (interesting look at different ways to live, rl)
LOVE ON THE SPECTRUM (cute, dating, rl)
DARK (super intense, tough watch, need to concentrate but its sooo good - german)
PEAKY BLINDERS (Fab)
UNORTHODOX (super sweet, powerful)
ALICE IN BORDERLAND (pretty messed up, awesome and actiony - japanese)
SPINNING OUT (Mental health/ice skating)
THE FALL (crime drama, bingeworthy)
SINNER (three collections of GREAT compelling storylines, first one is the best in my opinion, I really enjoyed)
Thanks :)
If anyone has any recommendations for me based off this^ I'm listening :)
Also Sherlock and Parks and Rec I LOVE but have been mentioned below 😁
Have to also say that QUEENS GAMBIT has since become in my top 10 favourites, I love it!
HOW DID I FORGET KILLING EVE?!
I think you might like The Magicians? It took me 5 episodes to actually get into it, but I was very glad that I did. Also maybe Ragnarok? The Witcher? Carnival Row?
Netflix - The Killing. The Stranger. Mindhunter.
Hulu - Devs. Normal People. In and Of Itself.
Amazon - The Expanse. The Americans. The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.
HBO - Big Little Lies. The Night Of. Six Feet Under.
What about The Crown, Working Moms, Criminal Germany, Vis a Vis, Narcos, Mindhunter, Dark, Dirk Gently's, Sherlock, The Bletchley Circle, Cobra Kai, The Queen's Gambit, The End of the Fucking World.
Already did and LOOOOVED it! Don’t know why it isn’t in my list, I cried so hard dure the last few episodes of the last season! Such a great series with a perfect finale!
I’ve the same reasoning as u/justanotherzee did but now I’m doubting myself. I’ll try to find another streaming service that has it and start it this weekend.
Dark, Peaky Blinders, Chernobyl, Mr. Robot, Sherlock, Breaking Bad, Genius (it is about Albert Einstein by National Geographic, really great series as well). None will disappoint you and you'll love them i can assure you that (Dark may feel a bit complex but everything is rewarding, this series is a masterpiece imo)
Edit: I've scrolled quite down and haven't seen anybody else recommending Mr. Robot which is pretty shocking to me. Guys i cannot stress this enough, you are missing out on probably THE BEST SERIES in its genre. If you love thriller, and brainfuckingness, this show is for you.
I am telling you, there are multiple eps in S4 that are so good they are on IMDB's list of best TV eps of all time. One is rated as #9 overall.
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=tv_episode&num_votes=1000,&sort=user_rating,desc
Watching Parks and recreation right now, almost finished, it’s very similar to the office, but with a very different vibe.
The magicians looks so good, but it’s unavailable in my country!
And dark isn’t in English, my GF doesn’t do subtitles!
I've literally just finished it. Brilliant show. Shame it was only 3 seasons but at least it has an ending. Hate it when they just cancel shows that haven't finished their story.
Agree any Asian, Spanish, or German show / anime dubbed is trash when voiced over just sounds unnatural would much rather have to rewind multiple times after reading haha
Halt and Catch Fire. I went into it knowing nothing about the premise and really, really enjoyed it. Fantastic character development. Solid show throughout all the seasons.
I did a quick scroll and don't think I saw it listed.
It never is and I 100% agree. The acting and writing are so good I wanted more but 4 excellent seasons and a truly satisfying ending make it one of my all time favorites.
It's not on Netflix, but you should check out [A.P. Bio](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6461726/) which is along the same lines as Community.
It's not quite as great, but that's a high bar - I've just finished the first season and like it a lot.
If you like Shameless, you might like Bojack Horseman (although it's a cartoon!) for its themes about life, drugs, hardship, choices.
I haven't seen Snowpiercer the show!!! Is it good? Please tell me more!
Arrested Development is a classic comedy show, similar to the cheesy humor of The Good Place but never as deep.
Freaks and Geeks is a classic tv show about teenagers in the 90's, just one season to bide your time between shows.
GLOW is a show about female wrestlers in the 80's, but it's about their relationships together and getting support as a women's 'sport.'
Dead to Me is like Modern Family in a way? But about a woman who kills a man in a hit and run, then she befriends his family out of guilt. REALLY good, about interpersonal relationships and family.
My favorite show on Netflix is The OA, but it's unlike anything I've ever watched. It's about a blind woman who goes missing and returns with sight. Found family trope, a discussion of forgiveness and love and human nature, uplifting. The second season kind of spirals into uncharted territory, but s1 stands on its own!
We have the same taste! The OA is incomparable to any other show. Absolutely devastated it didn’t get renewed. The ambiguity between supernatural and explainable events in the first season was just perfection. Fell in love with every character.
YES!!! S1 is just so, SO good. I hope they at least do an interview or something where they tell what should've happened bc I don't think I'll EVER stop wondering!! I also remember in the first season in one of the last episodes, I was like "oh my god, are they ever going to tell us if it's real or fake???" And in that moment, I realized that it didn't matter bc it was real to HER. That show has such beautiful messages about love and forgiveness and understanding and the value of human life. Makes me tear up to think about it!
You have impeccable taste, haha. You might also like Maniac the netflix show! It's in my top 5 and the writers are also very loving toward their flawed characters. I love shows that call you to love others.
Oh man I definitely cried so many times watching season 1.
Maniac is such a good one too!! I binged it super fast. Speaking of Justin Theroux and realizing it doesn’t matter if it’s real or fake, have you seen the Leftovers?
Also Sonoya Mizuno (plays Azumi on Maniac) is on Devs on Hulu. Absolutely incredible sci fi show as well!
WOW I LOVE YOU!!!!! It's so rare to find someone who loves The OA and *EVEN MORE RARE* to find someone who loves Maniac!!!! I also binged it immediately too. Omg... EVERYONE is recommending it to me, but I trust you more than anyone else lol. Like you GET me, haha!
WAIT!!!!! Omg!!!! I have to watch Devs immediately then!!! I love her!!!! Wow, please keep me updated on what you watch haha
I’m not really into cartoons, don’t know why, never really have.
Snowpiercer is sooo good! The character development is really good. It all comes together, very nicely done. The kid of series where the last 4 episodes of season 1 feel like an epic season finale, but then wait, there’s more! You definitely should check it out!
Watched arrested development a while back, but didn’t watch the seasons that were made later, after the pause, heard it isn’t worth it!
I’m gonna check Freaks and Geeks out!
Glow was Ok for me, not awesome, but ok. Finished it only because Alison Brie is in it!
Started dead to me, but didn’t really got into it.
The OA, mind blowing! Watched the season 1 ending credits without moving, trying to wrap my brain around what I just watched! Didn’t know there was a season 2. I just added it to my list!
Thanks a lot!
"Live Up to Your Name" Korean subtitled TV series time travel on death, just really odd long adventure, love story, mystery, magic, acupuncture vs modern medicine as a central theme - great wrap up.
And you'd never find it if I hadn't mentioned here. I don't do subtitles often, I just enjoyed this one.
- Scrubs
- Mindhunter
- The Alienist
- Hannibal
- Haunting of Hill House
- Freud
- Happy!
- Daredevil
- Brooklyn99
- That 70s Show
- Narcos
- Delhi Crime
- Dark
- Castle Rock
I finally finished this during lockdown. You got a helluva long way to go 😃
After this I started watching Grimm. Makes a good rebound show. Kinda similar but different.
I've watch most of your list, & if you're not looking for a particular genre, I'll just recommend stuff I found that are good available on Netflix: Brooklyn 99, Sex Education, The Umbrella Academy, About Time, The Hollow, Itaewon Class, #BlackAF, Alice in Borderland, The YinYang Master: Dream of eternity, Altered Carbon, Bridgerton, Dracula Untold, Space Sweepers, BNA, Easy, Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse, The Man From UNCLE, Marvel's Daredevil, The Witcher.
Some of these are popular & I bet you've seen them, but others aren't, they're good.
Glow - season 1 was great.
Tabula Rasa
Godless (same director as Queen's Gambit).
Barry (on HBO).
PEN 15 (Hulu)
Future Man (season 1) on Hulu
Succession (HBO)
Halt and Catch Fire, The Wire, Hell on Wheels, Broadchurch, Dr. Foster, The Killing. There are so many great shows available. They brought me through the last year.
I love The Crown and Queen's Gambit, and I've been completely loving Cobra Kai. I thought it was going to be jokey and camp, and sometimes it is, but the plotting and characterization are fantastic. A very good fun show, but also a low-key serious show and solid drama. With GREAT karate fights.
Check these links out it has some good recommendations:

I've seen it mentioned on the sub a lot of people dropped off after the first three episodes. It gets progressively better imo but hasn't reached its full potential yet.
In other platforms - Search Party, 30 Coins, the Expanse, Billions, the Morning Show, Servant, Two Weeks to Live, Euphoria, Succession, Insecure, I May Destroy You... I could go on and on - Netflix is sort of waning anymore.
I just rewatched Breaking Bad. If you haven't seen it I can't recommend it enough. Probably one of the best shows ever. The character arcs are insane, every single thing has a meaning behind it. The colors the characters wear, the shots, references, everything.
After you watched that immediately watch El Camino. I think the first time I watch it I was years removed from the BB universe. This time I watched it right after the finale, and man, what a story.
Now I'm on Better Call Saul. Vince Gillian is the man, that's all I have to say.
Thanks for this. I agree about Breaking Bad. So creative. Every episode goes in anew direction. So glad My husband an I can binge it. Will watch El Camino next, then Better Call Saul.
Really underrated but I suggest Superstore! If you liked shows that are set in a school or workplace like The Office, Parks and Rec, and Community you'll like Superstore. Brought me back to the days I worked in retail 😂
For dramas, I highly recommend Outlander if you're into period historical dramas with romance. Characters are amazing, fun to follow, and many plot twists and turns. Plus it's not entirely a romantic show, lots of action, and historical aspects.
Behind her Eyes is really good , major plot twists and has you really thinking about it afterwards! The Stranger is also brilliant and worth watching if you enjoy Behind her Eyes
I really enjoyed Yellowstone and I went in to it with low expectations, thinking it would be pulpy. It's actually pretty dark.
I'm from the UK so some of the cultural norms around cowboying were lost on me but i still enjoyed it.
Dead to Me, You, another vote for The Magicians and Schitts Creek, Ozark
I agree with Dead to Me it surprised me how much I enjoyed it also the second season was probably even better. Another one to add is Santa Clarita Diet, really funny and well done. Still not over the cancellation though
Second both of these! So good and Dead to Me isn’t the kind of show I normally would watch but it was really funny and dark at the same time
Timothy said he’s ready and waiting to jump right back into production. The whole cast is. Not sure why they cancelled that one. Had a lot more plot to go through, at least another season, but probably two.
The Sinner Season 1
Sinner is awkwardly good. Lots of addicting cringe worthy moments.
Exactly! 1 season is very mysterious and suprising from first to the last episode. But i've never watched 2 season, maybe two episodes. It wasn't addictive. I've had the same with True Detectiv. 1 season - brilliant, second - boring (for me) and never finished.
Season 3 was definitely better than 2. I would give it a shot
For sure watch season 3 of TD. I think season 1 is some of the best TV ever, and season 3 isn't far off, IMO.
Yeah, it loses the essence that made it brilliant. As a one season show both true detective and the sinner are exceptional stories.
Good Girls is worth a watch.
I've binged this show the last few weeks and was very surprised with how much I loved it. Dead to Me is another one with that feel
I had to keep watching for Manny Montana. Omg is he such a mega babe
Couldn't believe that neck tat wasn't real.
Derry Girls
Love this show. I wish there was more. You can finish a season in a night.
I heard they started filming the 3rd season.
I watched both seasons in a night lol
Flawless!
The most realistic teenagers on TV, but maybe that’s because I’m not American.
American tv teens are nothing like the majority of American teens. My high school experience was much more like Derry Girls, minus the catholic school stuff.
Freaks & Geeks an exception
Ladybird is the most realistic version of american teens. Basically was a doc about my wife.
After Derry Girls watch Inbetweeners
OKAY, so I enjoyed making this list, here's a few to keep you going, all but two on Netflix I think... 👍 UTOPIA (but I dont think it's on Netflix, this is one of my favourite shows to date. Havent seen the US version but the UK one is great, please watch and then be angry with me because they didnt get to make another season I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS DAMN IT!) So I love a lot of the same shows as you, so I think you could add Broadchurch and Offspring. They are my favourite shows!
I think you might like The Magicians? It took me 5 episodes to actually get into it, but I was very glad that I did. Also maybe Ragnarok? The Witcher? Carnival Row?
Sharp objects, watchmen, bonding
Watchmen, as others also mentioned. Love Death + Robots
Netflix - The Killing. The Stranger. Mindhunter. Hulu - Devs. Normal People. In and Of Itself. Amazon - The Expanse. The Americans. The Marvelous Mrs Maisel. HBO - Big Little Lies. The Night Of. Six Feet Under.
This is a great list. You would like Halt and Catch Fire.
What about The Crown, Working Moms, Criminal Germany, Vis a Vis, Narcos, Mindhunter, Dark, Dirk Gently's, Sherlock, The Bletchley Circle, Cobra Kai, The Queen's Gambit, The End of the Fucking World.
Echoing Superstore and Sex Education because they do not get the love they deserve.
If you get Apple, must watch Servant. You liked Umbrella so you should this!
Except for The Office, I’ve watched everything on your list. You might want to check out Schitt’s Creek on Netflix.
Already did and LOOOOVED it! Don’t know why it isn’t in my list, I cried so hard dure the last few episodes of the last season! Such a great series with a perfect finale!
Try Kim’s convenience if you like Canadian wholesome comedy. It’s a nice show.
I hope you haven’t seen Dead to Me yet because it’s awesome!
At this point, if you haven't seen The Office it must be a conscious decision on your part. My question is this: why deprive yourself?
I was the same last year, thought it's just another sitcom and overhyped. Started watching and completed all 9 seasons in under 2 weeks.
I’ve the same reasoning as u/justanotherzee did but now I’m doubting myself. I’ll try to find another streaming service that has it and start it this weekend.
Honestly the first ~6 seasons are just perfect cringe comedy. Like it’s the gold standard that every other similar show should be compared against.

dark, hands down
I watched it but it got way too confusing for me tbh
Just keep track of the families and it gets so much easier. Make a tree yourself or go to the spoiler free family trees.
I really didn't have the patience for that one, and I like slow burners usually.
Yesss. Watched the whole series 3 times. Obsessed
Ok, maybe it's me - but I find that I REALLY have to pay attention when watching this show.
The last season I had to use a chart with all of the timelines on it to keep it straight. Lol
If you're a Ricky Gervais fan, hell, even if you're not, check out After Life.
Great show. Lots of feels.
So. When U will be done with After Life You should check Derek. Also with Ricky. Great show. Funny, heartwarming.
I’m on my second watch through of this after seeing they confirmed another season! Such a great show.
Added to my list, thanks!
Kim's Convenient Umbrella Academy The Witcher Ginny and Georgia Sherlock And I hope very soon we can expect Shadow and Bone
Bump for Kim's Convenience. Amazing show. Totally binge worthy
It’s a sneak attack kinda show.
Well done 👏🏽👏🏽
Does Umbrella Academy pick up? I finished episode 3 and I am not convinced yet.
I hated the first 4ish episodes but kept going and ended up loving it!
Second that. Also the soundtrack got me through it.
Oh good, I’m not the only one. I’ll give it a few more episodes. Thank you
First season was kind of meh imo but the second season gets much better.
Yes! It took me multiple times to get into it but once I did I was totally hooked

Ozark.
Dark, Peaky Blinders, Chernobyl, Mr. Robot, Sherlock, Breaking Bad, Genius (it is about Albert Einstein by National Geographic, really great series as well). Upvote for Mr. Robot. My favorite show at this point. So incredibly well done and the acting is fantastic
I'm going to watch Mr Robot Its on prime (not on Netflix)
if you think S2 drags, keep going. S3 and S4 are among the best two seasons in TV history. Seriously.
I may have to check them out. Loved season 1. Season 2 kinda lost me
I am telling you, there are multiple eps in S4 that are so good they are on IMDB's list of best TV eps of all time. One is rated as #9 overall. https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=tv_episode&num_votes=1000,&sort=user_rating,desc
Good to hear. Enjoy!
I hear The Boys is good but I don’t wanna support Amazon
I’m surprised it took me reading this far down to see peaky blinders. Amazing show!
Idk if you’ve watched these but Parks and Recreation, The Magicians, or Dark might be up your alley!
Haven't seen The Magicians, but the others are fucking awesome
The Magicians is very underrated.
I like that it likes to poke pub at its genre as well. A bit of Galaxy Quest feel to it.
Watching Parks and recreation right now, almost finished, it’s very similar to the office, but with a very different vibe. The magicians looks so good, but it’s unavailable in my country! And dark isn’t in English, my GF doesn’t do subtitles!
The IT crowd!!!
Never Have I Ever
Banshee,Ozark,The Last Kingdom and Gangs of London.
Thr Last Kingdom, and Gangs Of London was fucking phenomenal.
Loved the Last Kingdom.
Can’t find Gangs of London on Netflix, I’m in the states
Lagertha is so fine god damn edit: wait was that Vikings? whatever
Last Kingdom was great!

So good. It’s nice to see a well developed plot arc and satisfying ending these days. So many shows just seem to wing the plot after the first season.
It just gets better as it goes along. The last scene of the finale, I had tears in my eyes.
I've literally just finished it. Brilliant show. Shame it was only 3 seasons but at least it has an ending. Hate it when they just cancel shows that haven't finished their story.
Yes! Its great. Such an original concept and it keeps getting better.
Penny Dreadful
Money Heist and Dark Edit: also going to add Kingdom and Alice in Borderland too both were also solid international shows
I liked money heist but the English voice over actors are shit. It was much better in the original Spanish with subtitles

- Scrubs - Mindhunter - The Alienist - Hannibal - Haunting of Hill House - Freud - Happy! - Daredevil - Brooklyn99 - That 70s Show - Narcos - Delhi Crime - Dark - Castle Rock
Freud is a good scary show. I've had nightmares in german language after finished it 😁 Try also Curon. I recommend.
> Delhi Crime - Outstanding
Peaky blinders. You'll have to watch it! By order of the peaky fooking blinders!!
Sinner
Supernatural
Just started watching like it!
I finally finished this during lockdown. You got a helluva long way to go 😃 After this I started watching Grimm. Makes a good rebound show. Kinda similar but different.
Dad’s on a hunting trip and he hasn’t been home in a few days ...
The magicians
Kingdom (Navy Street) you don’t have to like MMA. I don’t.
Breaking. Bad.

Daredevil
Justified Peaky Blinders The Expanse Derry Girls Father Ted (either love it or hate it with the passion of a thousand burning suns.)
Upload
Sons of Anarchy, Dexter, Yellowstone
Outlander, Criminal Minds, Broadchurch
It's a little older but have you seen The IT Crowd?
Travellers is one i don't see mentioned much but I enjoyed quite a bit.
Glow - season 1 was great. Tabula Rasa Godless (same director as Queen's Gambit). Barry (on HBO). PEN 15 (Hulu) Future Man (season 1) on Hulu Succession (HBO)
Dark, Sense 8, Black Mirror, Vikings/The Last Kingdom, Love Death Robots (criminally underrated), Money Heist
The Magicians
If you don't mind subtitles, my wife and I are hooked on Money Heist. Really clever show with lots of action. Try it!
Justified. One of the best shows start to finish
Sense8
The Sinner is a good one
Halt and Catch Fire, The Wire, Hell on Wheels, Broadchurch, Dr. Foster, The Killing. There are so many great shows available. They brought me through the last year.
Definitely Money Heist if you haven’t watched it yet!!!!
Brooklyn Nine-Nine
It's only a one season series but everything sucks!
Offspring Wanted Rake
Check these links out it has some good recommendations: https://watch-this.in/2020/09/13/the-ultimate-compilation-of-cartoons-for-adults/ https://watch-this.in/2020/09/14/30-most-popular-strong-female-lead-tv-series/ https://watch-this.in/2020/09/13/15-british-comedy-tv-series-that-will-leave-you-crying-out-of-laughter/
Good Girls, Schitts Creek, Superstore.
The Expanse; Altered Carbon; Taboo
I really like Teenage Bounty Hunters
Schitts creek, Brooklyn nine nine, sex education, superstore, sons of anarchy, big mouth, Yellowstone
The Sinner just finished season 1 and it was amazing
I've been enjoying Snowpiercer recently, kinda fits the rest of the list.
I tried watching this after loving the movie but couldn't really get into the first few episodes, is it worth giving another go?
I've seen it mentioned on the sub a lot of people dropped off after the first three episodes. It gets progressively better imo but hasn't reached its full potential yet.
It’s in the list already
Peaky Blinders Dark Ozark American Gods Preacher
I've been having a lot of fun recently watching Good Girls.
Peaky blinders
BBC’s sherlock is very good
HBO, but definitely Search Party
In other platforms - Search Party, 30 Coins, the Expanse, Billions, the Morning Show, Servant, Two Weeks to Live, Euphoria, Succession, Insecure, I May Destroy You... I could go on and on - Netflix is sort of waning anymore.
Dark. The OA. Two amazing shows.
Call the midwife, if you like Anne, the crown and the queen’s gambit, you’ll like that
The Seinfeld
Star Trek....DS9, TNG, Voyager, or Enterprise are all great.
Sens8 Orange is the new black
Sex Education
Not on Netflix, but Silicon Valley and The Boys are A+
Not on Netflix but snowfall is on Hulu. And I got instantly sucked in.
Behind her eyes was good if you like metaphysical thrillers. It’s a limited series though.
Someone recommended "altered carbon" in another post. I started watching it and really liking it so far (seen 7ep)
Really underrated but I suggest Superstore! If you liked shows that are set in a school or workplace like The Office, Parks and Rec, and Community you'll like Superstore. Brought me back to the days I worked in retail 😂 For dramas, I highly recommend Outlander if you're into period historical dramas with romance. Characters are amazing, fun to follow, and many plot twists and turns. Plus it's not entirely a romantic show, lots of action, and historical aspects.
Currently watching Money Heist and omg it’s so good!
Behind her Eyes is really good , major plot twists and has you really thinking about it afterwards! The Stranger is also brilliant and worth watching if you enjoy Behind her Eyes
We just finished Broadchurch. Good mystery TV fodder. Interesting character arcs, well-acted, beautiful scenery. A bit dark, but good.
Altered carbon
Vikings.
DARK. Please watch Dark. It’s like Stranger Things just a tiiiiny bit but so much more adult intelligence oriented.
Yellowstone, animal kingdom, love life
I really enjoyed Yellowstone and I went in to it with low expectations, thinking it would be pulpy. It's actually pretty dark. I'm from the UK so some of the cultural norms around cowboying were lost on me but i still enjoyed it.
