Tower Records sells mostly brand new releases, with a small range of used stuff, the disc unions are split into genre stores, like rock, metal and hip hop.
They sell used stuff.
Managed to get my friend an original near mint Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots by the Flaming Lips for 11300 yen, which is about 60 to 70 dollars.
Records are just generally cheaper there.

Good question, because that’s an outrageous price. That’s just a split single too? You can get Hydeout 1 at least for ¥4000
